सर जी मैं प्लॉट खरीदने के लिए लोन लेना चाहता हूं। पर मैं उस पर घर 15 साल बाद बनाऊंगा। क्या मुझे सिर्फ प्लॉट खरीदने के लिए लोन मिल जाएगा। मैंने सुना है कि प्लाट ख़रीदने के बाद 2 साल के बाद उस पर मकान बनाना जरूरी होता है, फिर उसके 2 साल के अंदर मकान बनाना होता है। नहीं तो ब्याज दर 16% तक हो जाता है। कृपया मेरा उचित मार्गदर्शन कीजिये। धन्यवाद।

Hi Mukul ji, I have taken plot plus construction loan and bank has disbursed the plot loan and construction time is 3 years. So, my question is can I refuse to take the construction loan if I have paid the plot loan in full within three years to the bank. Can I start the construction on the plot with self funding?
