Hi I am planing to buy a property valued at 40 lacs. I have checked that the current circle rate is 37lacs. So I want to get the registry done at circle rate. Also I will have to apply for home loan for the said amount. So is it possible that I apply for home loan based on property's market value i.e. 40lacs which will be mentioned in sale agreement and get the registry done at circle rate.
