It's entirely investor's decision Sir, we abide by that. However, transfer of the company has started taking place as the new developer is taking over the project from the previous developer (original allottee) and that can be checked thru any MCA portal. Majority shares have been bought and the name of the new directors can also be seen now. Prices will change by 20,000 per Gaj after RERA is received by the developer. Hello Kapil Sir, The transfer of the land is in process from the previous allotee which failed to pay the dues. The same is expected to be completed in this month. Afterwards, layouts and plans (ready at builder's end) would be submitted in RERA for approval. The project is being offered in soft-launch i.e. we're only accepting EOIs (Expressions of Interest). Those who're showing the interest now are being offered a price of 60,000 per square yard for plot sizes 239, 299 and 450 SQYD, whereas 65,000 for smaller sizes such as 144 and 194 SQYD. The same product will be offered at a price of 80-85,000 per SQYD after RERA is received. Most of the developers are offering products in soft-launch, they're no different. Market is also behind lower prices, which you can get in soft-launch only. There is no risk to the buyer as well, because they're giving a 20% booking amount via cheque which is cleared only when the developer accepts and offer an EOI form which mentions everything on paper.
