Gaur maintenance, CRM, and management team are worse. Once you get the delivery after you won't be entertained by the maintenance and management team. There are issues with everything right from power, lift, security, and building quality. So beware of Gaur's reputation and the reality of actually living in Gaur's society.

Gyc mei inventory nehi hai... Second hand bhut hai... In 2017, I purchased 3300 per square fit... Now in second hand, people are demanding 6000 to 6500 Gyc flat is not value for money I more than 6300....the society is not maintained, dirty, and insecure... Only the reason, I purchased was 3300 ke niche 2017-dec mei kuch nehi mila... And this is a m1 construction

Vaidic Village isn't RERA approved, so we recommend steering clear of such offerings. The YEIDA authority is soon launching a new series of plots ranging from 60 square yards to 500 square yards.
