They are produced at the factory like that. The only mod is that the front wheel is steel instead of rubber: Too many punctures!

Thank you for your comment. We did get a contractor with a horsch drill once, and it made a good level job: similar yields and a level seedbed. Also, we do sometimes min till after beans, but seem to have worse volunteer problems, and for some reason, less wheat yields.

No, better ploughed keeps the weeds down can't beat turning it over.
