This man can plough ,Theres only one thing needed for smoother ploughing and that is to bring up the plough,s face to a shine using a 4inchbangle grinder and a flap disc ,Then the clay will slide off the plough, board ,My dad used to run his plough through the gritsand at a local quarry itd come back shining ,A ransomes 3sod and his 996david brown .Then when he was finished ploughing hed grease up the board ,to stop it rusting ,but take it to the quarry to shine it like a mirror .He ploughed about 40acres annually sometimes more
Good job, just slide your entire plow on the main carrier rail all the way to the left and it will roll your sod over much better. At the moment you are heaping almost as much as rolling.
When you're doing field work like plowing or disking you take the bucket off. He has it raised up so he can see ahead of him. So going with what you said about it being too high, you take it off until you need it again.
Nice. A little too wet. What you gonna plant there? I have a Mahindra 5010 Gear and a two bottom plow. I had a heavy duty disc harrows made at Everything. Those guys are good. Good Luck and happy farming.
You should be driving turning to the left &around when you're done & approach foreword for next pass, what you are doing by backing up is overly compacting the ground.
