I have definitely had an experience where my Father in Law was in hospital dying, for some reason I just got up at 3 Amin the morning and sat at the bottom of the stairs looking out through the glass front door at the end of the path was a wooden gate that he had made, there was NO wind the gate just opened and I knew it was him come to say goodbye, it wasn’t frightening just sad and I went back to bed. In the morning I heard he had died at 3 in the morning.
I had the same experience with my mother, who was very ill in hospital. I was stirring a pan of soup on the hob , and looked up at the clock. It was 7.50pm exactly, and I suddenly said " she's gone". My husband said "what"?, I just muttered "nothing", as I was hoping Ii was wrong. Next minute, our phone rang and my brother told me my mum died at exactly 7.50 pm.
Very well told, EXCELLENT VIDEO....I dont live too far from Pluckey, and ive been coming here since i was 18 years old..I am fully aware of the 12 Ghosts as My Late Older Brother knew Dennis Chambers, who was the Author of the Ghosts of Pluckley....
@@Tudor_Travels Ha ha No not really, but i love the Place and its History, i can remember back in 1985 a Huge Halloween Gathering happened the Black Horse was Filled to the Rafters, the Police were throwing Dressed up People out of the Graveyard..I guess it was just respect really..But i LOVED the way you told these VERY TRUE stories..You did that Very well indeed..
Thanks very much. Hey did I read somewhere that Pluckley attracts a lot of people around Halloween time? I think Dering Woods even gets cordoned off or something?
Very good Tudor. Have I had a ghostly experience? Yes. I worked for the post office in Watford. They had just taken over a large printing building, The Sun Printers printing floor. A co-worker and I were doing security one evening, so we were all alone in this very large building, and I mean a large building. Walking down the middle of the floor about halfway down, we could hear footsteps behind us. We both turned round, and nobody was there; now, both of us were wearing trainers, so they made no sound; well, we both very quickly shut ourselves in the office. Never heard it again. Thanks for sharing and sleep tight.
I am reporting you and your colleague to health and safety. You should have been wearing steel toe cap boots. You will thank me in the long run. Please leave me the name and number of your employer. 😂😂😂😂
It's only when you have an experience yourself, do you believe. I saw a ghost at 17 and heard my father in law the day after he died. I was not emotionally attached to him and felt guilty that I wasn't tbh. New subscriber by the way 👍 Edit, I forgot to say, my father in law experience was when I was 29. I'm nearing my 50's now
I've just subscribed to your channel. Years ago, while house viewing in 1980 (in derbyshire), i walked into one house with my husband. As soon as I was inside, I literally barged into the estate agent and my husband to get out of the house. As I ran out , my husband said I shouted " something terrible happened here". I know I had a feeling of dread all day and it upset me for the next few days. I was so frightened, something stopped me from researching the property. A few weeks later, one of my friends living on the same estate, was murdered by her husband. Unconnected??, Premonition??, who knows. After reading some comments, i'm going to rewatch this video. My daughters neighbour used to work with the 'Most Haunted' team some years ago. He was a sceptic, but is a believer now.
I’ve never seen anything myself but one time at Bolsover Castle whilst have a walk around the stables area I had the distinct impression I was being watch. It happened again at Dunotter Castle in Aberdeenshire. I got out of there pretty quick!
Many years ago my sister and her husband were house hunting in England. And one house they looked at with the estate agent would have been perfect, apart from the fact that my sister like you, picked up terrible vibes inside the house and had to leave quickly. Thank you for sharing your amazing experiences. 💙
Just found your channel, loved it. I only live 6 miles away from Pluckley, and about 5 years ago i used to keep my horses on a farm in Pluckley, now i used to smell burning quite frequently, and being a farm with hay and straw i always looked ,but never saw any signs of a fire either on the farm or surrounding area, but thought nothing of it. Until one morning whilst id just got there and opend the tea room,i looked down the yard and saw a man run outof a barn, with what looked like a rucksack on his back and wearing a woolly hat and all black. I instantly ran down the yard to see if hed done any damage, and were he went. Well long story short , he had completely vanished ,and it was impossible, as the time it took me to run down to were he went behind a row of stables,i would still of seen him on the land. Now a couple of days later whilst telling the owner, he jokingly said " maybe it was the pilot". Now having always been interested in paranormal since a child this sparked my curiosity, so i delved deeper. And apparently a plane crashed somewhere close to this farm, and there have been sightings of a man wandering around, described as wearing black clothes and something on his back. Now the pilot failed to eject ,so sadly died in the crash, and also along with the sightings is also the smell of burning, when no fires can be seen. So was this the pilot i saw, i certainly cant explain were he went. Ive another experience not in Pluckley but a couple of miles up the road, but ill save that for another time. Ive subbede to this channel and your other other ones.thanks for great content.
That’s fascinating. I’d not heard of a story of a downed pilot but considering the close proximity to RAF Lashenden (as it was in older times) it wouldn’t surprise me to hear of planes crash landing whilst trying to “make it home”. Thanks for sharing 🙏
Wow I love Pluckley, I stayed out all night there in a tent in the woods near a lake with a few people, I was petrified all night LoL. Imagine seeing the coach and horses..
I went to plucky village some years ago it was about 12 at night I was with a group and the camera picked up the green orb And I took a photo where you are standing in the grave yard and we saw many white images in the photo The place before that we visited was bicknor church and that place is very haunted it is haunted by a monk called William who died aged 89 years old At 11:30 at night they knocked and had knocking back we also had small peoples thrown at us as well as some dragging the candle stick holder in the church this was 11:30 at night As well as feeling someone brush past me in the graveyard
We lived locally and visited the Black Horse once several years ago when my daughter was about ten…she was walking through the pub and fell over …twice! In the same spot..telling me that she felt someone had pushed her over…but no one was there!😮..great video :)
Got to say Mr Tudor, you have a lovely voice, very calming! And apart from that, I am absolutely loving your haunted videos. I'm now 66 now, and all my life I've experienced paranormal phenomenon. One of my hobbies was visiting old grave yards and going on evening ghost hunts to old halls. At Townley Hall in Burnley on a ghost evening, I saw a blue ball of light hovering above a door leading from one of the bedrooms. Apparently that room was known to be haunted. And at another hall in Preston(Samlesbury Hall) 20 years ago, someone at the event took photos of the gargoyles on the outside of the building! And on one photograph, over the original face of a gargoyle appeared the ghostly face of something else, and the face was absolutely terrifying!
Ok that does sound terrifying. Personally I’ve never seen anything but at times - in specific places - I’ve felt uncomfortable. It’s that fight or flight sensation.
excellent video . I'd like to give my thoughts on the 7 lead coffins , being a retired plumber who used to do leadwork I suspect that there was in fact one lead coffin , made of 7 pound (per square foot ) lead . One of the heaviest gauges , and soldered shut. That would make sense , and got slightly changed over time.
I loved this video Tudor ,so interesting and informative what a village i am surprised anyone wants to live there 😆. i live in a cottage built 1880 and it was haunted by the son of a family who lived here in the 1900s he drowned in the river thames over the road from the cottage in 1914 he was 15 , and i saw him one night under my stairs in a white shirt and black trousers and he was headless and it was on a may bank holiday and he drowned on a may bank holiday, i had a friend round who is very physic and she stood under my stairs and said it was very cold and she felt chilled ,i had not told her at this point where he was standing. i found out about him in a local paper, i have always believed in spirits and still do, hope you make another video like this one
We used to drive down here all the time in big groups! Screaming woods was always a scary experience Once we was walking through the graveyard and one of the lads took a candle from one of the graves, when we left we was in the car behind his. The car rolled over after turning the corner at normal speed!
I lived in Pluckley from 1963 to 1968 aged 11 to 16, i used to walk round the village at night coming back from friends and i never saw or heard anything at all.
HiHi ^^ Mr Tudor. Thank you for sharing your interesting video with us. As you asked about personal experiences, I had one myself when I visited the UK with my friends on vacation. Our experience was listed in the official UK Paranormal data base. last month my friend uploaded a video on his podcast which tells of the experience my friends and I had. You can listen to the podcast here if interested - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ue6RYXHZvhE.htmlsi=kU1dbLG90Xgdm3hX Sending you hugs and rainbows from New Zealand 💕 ^^
@@Tudor_Travels You're very welcome ☺ I hope it is interesting for you. Apparently the person who we saw, is a man who lived in the area in the middle of the nineteenth century, named Dummy. He had this name given to him by the local villagers of Sible Hedingham because he was mute. If you would like to see more about Dummy's story, Chris Halton's Haunted Earth RU-vid channel has an interesting video. Dummy was one of the last people to be persecuted and tried as a witch in the UK. ^^ You can see Chris Halton's video here - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ieWaLPJCCJc.htmlsi=hLQkYpt9zAsTto3i
Thank you so much, I have just come across your channel. I live in Sth Australia. My family came from Kent in 1839, and my g g grandfather, a Heneker, married a Russel, from Pluckley. I have done genealogy of the family and apparently the Russel family from Pluckley was quite a large one (as they were I guess back then). I had heard or read that Pluckley was the most haunted town in the UK. It was lovely to see the town and all the different buildings and history. xxx
12.200 views yet 546 subscribers? People are definitely watching your videos, shame if they don't subscribe as its free and you have some really great content. I'm binge watching at the mo. Going to watch gold hill in Dorset next 😊
My first time watching your story there was no dashing around talking o devices .i have had a real life story. I was 16 i had to sleep with my mom as there was little room.and i woke up to see my grandad my moms dad standing at the end of the bed.was he checking on his daughter. My brother is a fine medium mainly in. The US and Europe hes worked as a lecturer and medium for 40 years .ty for sharing
Love the history videos. St eanswythe church in Folkestone is a good’un. Especially now they’ve proven the bones are the correct period for the woman herself.
Hi Hope you are well Really enjoyed this video We'll be honest we'd never heard of Pluckly, but sounds interesting So much information. Have a great weekend 😊
What more can one say? An absolutely well put together video of haunted Pluckley's ghosts. Somebody/someone passed behind you in Dering Woods and you didn't notice 😉 🤣🤣
I used to wonder what was shrieking in the woods in "Mid Sommer Murders" then I found out foxes make a shrieking noise. So they're probably in Shrieking Woods. 😂
It was a dreadful dark day, sky overcast and the rain lashing down when I parked up the converted camper van in the car park at Pluckley. I was working as a Mobile Manager for a Charity and was there to give out information to disabled people, their families and friends. Unfortunately I only saw two people that day. When I asked about the various ghosts, both gave similar answers, neither had ever seen a ghost although they had always lived in the area.
Really enjoyed this video, as a paranormal investigator ghosts are replays of events that have happened at a site and keeps repeating itself. They cannot interact with you and are unaware of you but spirits on the other hand are aware of you and you can interact with them if they choose too. Most have already moved on and come back on visits to the places they frequented.
@@Tudor_Travels Your welcome, yes the video was brilliant. I'd love to see another one at night time and maybe using a DSLR camera and take lots of photos in these areas of Pluckley. Maybe a 40 video one evening. Cheers and maybe Cannock Chase as well.
@Tudor_Travels my other half drives through Bethersden at 2am most mornings the wood near the Bull he has seen a man standing at the side of the road facing the woods did not flinch when the car went by he's stopped going that way now
That was my fault (the creep bit). I’d had a small video section of the BBC programme Ghosts but it got a copyright claim so I edited it out - I obviously missed the tail end of the clips so it sounds like the word “creep”.
