Dude I really like the battery at the door for your lights! Genius 🤩! I am a roofer here in the states and we recently, past month started kitting out our personal/work cargo trailer with the Milwaukee pack out system, wall and floor. I am so happy with results so far. Good on ya Nate, seriously look into getting a Ghost ll alarm installed. I'd be a little cautious advertising all that gear on social media. Your van's location wouldn't be to diificult to locate with all the sign writing. I keep my VW Crafter plain. All the slam locks and plates were installed by Sussex Installations. They pretty much run you through the options. Definetly worth the investment. My previous van was almost cleared out, heartbreaking. 👊🏽

You have got a good team going on there as well. And well the van is ace. I have switched to red from yellow a while ago but I do not have nowhere near the amount of stuff you’ve got, maybe one day! Makes the job so much easier when you are as organised as this. A word of caution though when carrying this many goods around with you it's very easy to exceed the vans maximum capacity carrying weight.

Van looks mint! Love the Milwaukee gear! I would recommend getting some locks or alarms fitted though! I know power tools get taken out at night but there’s a fair bit of wonga in boxes there!

Im a Bosch Pro guy myself but Milwaukee does have a very impressive range of products.

I'm a DeWalt fan boy but that Pack out stuff is quality it's just really expensive! I've got thin foam about 5mm thick in the bottom of my van stuff doesn't slide about and it's soft when I kneel down to get something. I've put carpet underlay in the bottom of my draws and shelves to stop parts from getting damaged. You should be able to get the off cut free from a carpet sort of carpet fitter.

the van looks incredible. I'm an apprentice and my boss has his van nicely racked out and clean but I'm rarely with him as he has brought another lad on who doesn't care about the van and keeping it neat etc. When I first started I didn't understand why he was so particular about the van but now I do. Takes ages to find anything. So cant wait to get my own and rack it out how I want it. When it eventually does happen I'm definitely going to be taking some ideas from this video. Also do you not find that sometimes you struggle to get pipe out with having it in the van.

Love this! Looking to doing something similar…here are some ideas. What about wiring up some LED strips to the OEM lighting wiring and attached then to the roof inside? Have you thought about a solar panel and a power pack? Probably not worth it now that you have an inverter… but I’m thinking of going this route instead of connecting stuff to my car battery

You'll get trades who look after the van, tools, uniform CUSTOMER HOUSES.....Then you get shitty trades who throw just there shit in the back of the van and get straight to the pub until closing time, most of the ones like that who've worked for me didn't think hot showers and soap didn't matter either. Guys/Girls if you cant look after your own van and tools (your living) how the hell you gonna look after other peoples houses. I think this lad and his team are doing great, you lead by example or don't lead the way. Can you imagine the British army just throwing there gear in the back of the van and then saying, that will do....Self discipline is every thing in all parts of life

I noticed your shelving for your boxes they are a great idea I think I will do that But you missed a great modification you could do You could cut out small holes below the red locking clips so they will sit flat and you can use the release catch to remove how cool would that be 😎

Add a power sensitive relay from the battery to the inverter and it will only power the inverter when the engine is running as the voltage is higher so the relay then automatically switches on and powers the inverter

With the drawers can you remove and take onsite? I see you can get the storage box with trolley but haven't seen a method of securing this to the van floor like you can with the other boxes.

Nice kit and van. I have an NVQ in plumbing and heating I done it for a 5 years got fed up with it , I work with fibreglass now so much more job satisfaction for me. Plumbing wasn't for me.

It’s a great set up for a plumber. The carpenter ones on RU-vid are a better set up and they have Festool which is a world apart from Milwaukee.

I am sorry, being electrician for over 15 years I have seen some neat and clean work vans, as I begun with, I am sorry this is not work van this is a store. I like Milwaukee and tidy van but I also like my tools in crates and boxes so I can just grab ‘n go rather than pulling it form shelves all over the van, my batteries are normally in the box with the power tools which again is just grab ‘n go. That’s my preference anyways, and I don’t have time to go fussy with the van either.

Van looks great flat bits you wanna try the black Dewalt ones. They are far better I’m a chippy no break out on them

Good set up, if not done so already ,you definitely need dead locks for you van especially for Renault traffic , watch two thieving scum bags on cctv break into my Renault traffic, they were in 30 seconds, very vulnerable rear doors, looks like they used something to punch a hole near the door handle and used shears to cut and peel back the single skin door, then used a screw driver to leverer the cable to unlock the rear door.
