for whatever weird reason even closing the two new ball valves to the water heater, I still had steady little flow on the hot water line. That video you made with the kreg not too long ago about replacing that bottom board is gonna come in handy! The tenant said that's probably his 2nd or 3rd board he replaced. It may just be sealant because the supplies don't appear to be wet but there is water around the nuts holding the faucet on..might just be water spray getting under the fixture or possibly the fixture itself has a crack (hope not).
