Not exactly. When the first Plumbuses were made, they didn't cut the fleeb, that's a fairly recent addition to the process. Though, I can't comment on whether or not it improves the finished product. A lot of people say that the Plumbuses they made before they started cutting the fleeb were more durable, but at the same time cutting the fleeb makes it much easier to calibrate the Plumbus. It's a matter of preference, I suppose.

First, they take the dinglebop, and they smooth it out with a bunch of schleem… They take the dinglebop and they push it through the grumbo, where the fleeb is rubbed against it. It’s important that the fleeb is rubbed, because the fleeb has all of the fleeb juice. Then a schlami shows up, and he rubs it and… spits on it. They cut the fleeb. There’s several hizzards in the way. The blamfs rub against the chumbles. And the ploobis and grumbo are shaved away. That leaves you with a regular old plumbus.

Schleem is only for flattening purposes, and re using Schleem is eco friendly. In fact, in the early days of the plumbus, Schleem was thrown out and it filled a lot of landfills, because as you know, Schleem is very absorbent

You see, this is what the fleeb industry wants you to thing. I must say their marketing is amazing, but it's full of lies. It's true that you flumbles needs grumblus, but you most likely eat enough from your regular foods. It has been shown that over consumption of grumblus is a health risk due to the negative effects on the blorbs on your left grimp and on average reduces your life expectancy by five or six cents. +Jacob Spagnotti No, in Rick and Morty, there are sometimes these weird ads that pass on the multi-verse tv, now the thing about those ads and shows is that they're just random stuff the voice actors came up with. They just asked the voice actors to come up with whatever passed by their minds as a multi-verse ad and recorded them, then they made the animations in accordance with the recordings.

Yea, mostly improvised. Most takes are done on the spot, but some may have second takes to make it sound better. but other then that there is no planning or writing for these (minus the few times they assign a topic)

I am a supervisor in a plumbus making factory, the fleeb is cut because it reproduces asexually through cell division. A fleeb has the fleeb juice capacity of only one plumbus, so it is cut to make more fleebs that on maturing give more fleeb juice.

Both of the episodes with multiverse TV are improvised. They improv random shows and commercials in the booth, and they animate around it. That's why some of them have the voice actors breaking character and laughing.

Originally plumbus was conceived by the show's creators as a device alien and ridiculous with no clue on what it actually does, apart from that every home has it. However, as the show marched on, a few clues appeared to its purpose: Plumbus can generate and store vast amounts of heat, allowing it to be used for cooking, ironing or just heating the room. Plumbus can secrete various agents from itself and has adaptive rubbing surfaces, making it useful for cleaning. Plumbus is able to receive radio waves and convert them to sound, even recording and playing them back, so it can be used as a radio and/or receiver. Plumbus has limited locomotion and can autonomously move around the house, even climbing ladders, cleaning the floor without the owner's participation. Contrary to popular belief, plumbus is not used as a personal massager/sensory stimulator, as its manual explicitly says that applying it to sensory organs can cause trauma or death.
