1. I want to commend you for stepping out of your comfort zone. I remember in a previous video that you mentioned you weren't completely comfortable with showing your body, so pushing past that shows your internal growth. 2. I think it's important to analyze our internalized fat phobia. It wasn't until then that I realized this is just my body. It stopped me from being surprised that a bigger woman was more confident or even comparing my body to others...good or bad. When we analyze the societal pressures versus where our bodies naturally feel comfortable, the fear of gaining and losing weight is no longer there. Our bodies change and that's okay. 3. Please be mindful of the words you use about bigger bodies or just weight in general. Some of your viewers have bigger bodies and some of the vocabulary used can trigger someone into thinking they're not good enough because of their size. I want to end that seeing your growth has been inspirational and I am glad we get to see, witness and experience your journey. You look STUNNING in all of these bathing suits.
