Yeah Adrienne seems like a good friend. Like in the video, she complimented every one of her friends body and made them feel good about their body. Very upbeat too. Honestly Adrienne seems like she would be a great mother or big sister. My mom never made me feel good about myself and then in the end made me grow up with low self esteem and low self confidence. Adrienne seems like the type that would immensely help her sisters or her childs self esteem by always telling them the positive and good things about themselves. Ya know?

It's sad how stunning that girl in the black one piece is and yet how insecure her body language looked. It really shows you how important confidence is, you got to love your body, that shorthaired girl doesn't have the body that magazines glorify yet she was so confident and her body looked so beautiful and radiant.
I love how this ladies look natural.no plastic surgeries for perfect bodies.no fake butts,big lip injections etc.just beautiful natural ladies,embracing their natural selfies,their cellulites. I have armpit fat and it always made me feel so insecure till I saw Rihanna rocking a dress at the met gala 2018 (after weight gain) rocking her armpit fat and looking confident and after that I don't give a fcuck! Loll so let's stop caring girls!

Adriennes body is definitely beautiful but In “our society “ unfortunately tall lean women are considered the ideal body type..Like the super models only like 5% of women are built like her which makes it “rare” but being short and curvy is beautiful too in my opinion

Adrienne = body goals for sure! I'm 5'2 and my body used to look just like yours before depression added 65lbs. I LOVE my feminine curves though. You chose the perfect swim suit. It's super cute. This video was very helpful. Tfs 😍
Hey girl I am small and petite like yourself. Adrienne said she was 4'11 and you said you are 5'2. I am in the middle I am exactly 5 foot. Us tiny women are in our own 'little' club. We small short women know that since we are short every one pound gained matters. Every one pound lost matters. Since we are short weight gain or loss iS way more noticeable then a woman who is 5'6. If we gain 5 pounds it looks like we actually gained 15 pounds. An average height women who gains 15 pounds looks like they gained 15 pounds. But for us if we gain only 5lbs it looks much more like we gained 15 pounds. Vice versa as if we lost 5 lbs it would look like we lost 15 lbs. I know you know what i mean. US SHORTIES UNITE.

You all look amazing! I agree with you, Adrienne. I think women should wear what makes them feel confident. Everyone has flaws. Every time I go to the beach, I see plenty of people with imperfect bodies. However, it inspires me when I see them carry themselves high, embrace the flaws and still have fun. As I become older, I am learning to love myself more and love my flaws. Flaws don’t make you ugly. I now see my flaws as beautiful. They are part of who I am. 😊🤗

I honestly felt so bad for the 3rd woman because you can just see how uncomfortable she is having all the attention on her, even though to us she is GORGEOUS. I love Black Bathing suits!!! I’m a New Yorker living in Texas. It’s definitely a New York thing our affinity for Black clothing!😊 For me Confidence and Gratitude is key. I never speak negatively to myself. I’m grateful that my body can do what it does even though I have terrible pain issues 24/7, 365! So I thank God for His goodness and mercy when that is your focus there’s no room for anything else.🌷
I'm here thinking that these are first world problems BUT also recognizing that all women have insecurities, myself included. Lord knows the body insecurities that i've dealt with growing up as a skinny black girl in a continent that glorifies curves even though i have a body that a lot of people would die to have. I came to accept and love my body and now i wouldn't change it for the world. No one is complete/perfect/flawless. We always want what we don't have SMH.

This video was super fun to watch. I'm a mixture of Adrienne because I'm 4'11 too and RaVaughn because of the curves and I always felt uncomfortable wearing a bathsuit. Watching them gave me the confidence I shouldn't be ashamed of my body. The other girls are dead gorgeous as well.
Im really happy i found this video. I have an hourglass figure but i still dont love my belly a lot, and each time i ask friends or search on internet, all i get is " you have the best body type, its the goal of a lot of women" and i was getting desperate for some advice. But this colorfull bikini is my swimsuit goal and now i know whick shape i should go for, so thank you a lot.
My body is nice for a swimsuit shape wise but ughhhh I have the worst skin..I’m hairy and get ingrown hairs and bumps when I shave or use nair! I wish I had flawless skin like Adrienne
To be honest, you may want to look into waxing. It eliminates the ingrowns by far and you stay hairless a little bit longer. It is a bit more pricey but I think you may just find it helpful. You get amazing at home strips that work perfect, or if you can get your hands on the new machines and the beads that you melt at home. You get a few solutions that help with ingrowns that you apply on the freshly waxed skin everyday, until the growth begins. It works wonders! Waxing is the best hair removal option! You should exfoliate regularly. You should exfoliate, moisturize, and wear sunscreen. If you’re suffering from hyper pigmentation, then you need to buy a topical cream specifically made for uneven skin. I have had bumps in the past and it didn’t come from shaving. I kept getting bumps because I was constantly exposing my bare skin to dirty seats that I was sitting on.

Great pointers! The armpit issue runs in our family too. It may be linked to a hormone imbalance as well. Check with your doc to be sure. Working out the chest definitely helps.
