So, this short little paddle distance-wise ended up being quite the journey. It is probably about 3 or files to paddle Plymouth Creek from the Plymouth Creek Disc Golf Course, but it took us about 4 hours due to various trees in the creek and low water in spots. It was a beautiful summer morning and not so long that it became a slog so it was still enjoyable.
We had many little portages around trees and obstacles. We had one big portage over Northwest Blvd at Heritage park where the culverts weren't high enough. Maybe it would be easier if the water was higher like it would be in the spring, but it also might mean more portaging around more culverts where the water is too high.
