In this video I give an update on my low budget project 1965 Plymouth valiant 4 door 200 with 170 cid slant6 . I started on prepping the floor by cleaning the floor and spraying floor with a rust converter / neutralizer to kill the rust and get 2 areas on the flopr ready to be cut out and weld in patch panels . I also talk about some other repairs and upgrades I want to do to the car. The rust converter I used is Rust-Oleum spray can 248658 .
