I totally agree with your point about eating healthy. Fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, and particularly oatmeal have become a staple in my diet & when I don't eat enough of them daily my skin looses it's glow. Sleeping in makeup? NEVER! I totally agree with every word u say, I am going to be 48 n august and I have not had anything done to my face, I don't smoke or drink and never go to bed with makeup on, I often don't wear makeup just to let my skin breath, Thank u so very much for sharing great information on great products because u r a great example, that they work.

Also if you are right handed, you should do some stuff( like writing) with your left hand every day for few minutes-this suppose to help your brain to make new connections. I love the pads with little pockets. You have beautiful skin xoxo

My favorite skin care is Paula's Choice. I only slept in my makeup once when I was 18. My eyelids swelled up and got really red. No matter how tired I am even at 3:00 am, I will still wash off my makeup.

Miss Tammy, something about you reminds me of my mother in law... And of course I adore her so it is definitely a complement to you. You are fabulous!!! There is not a night that goes by that I will not take my makeup off, clean my face or brush my teeth! I exfoliate daily with my green tea scrub and use moisturizer religiously!!! I also use coconut oil for a night eye cream and as a night hair mask!!! I am only 24, but it is never too early to take care of your skin and definitely never too early to prevent wrinkles and aging!! Oh I also have to shave daily and make sure my feet are clean before I will even think about getting into bed at night!!!

I'm a bit of a skin care junkie as well, on a smaller scale :-) but I do believe it proper cleansing I.d double cleans I use a makeup removing balm, a cleanser w/ clairsonic, glycolic 10% toner every few day! vit c serum, & hyluronic acid serum etc.. missmai27 Very expensive...I have been using it about 3 months...the VERY SMALL lines I was beginning to see have disappeared...my lips lines ( which are deep) have not....
uppiesbeads59 Tammy, three things can help those lip lines. Go to your Med Spa and have a micro needling session done. You may need two or three depending on the lines. 2. Buy a derma roller and do the micro needling at home. 3. Use the Nu Face Trinity Ele device for the lips. Hope this helps. Eileen
I would like to suggest oil cleansing method to you!. I think it is more gentle than those first steps you use… oil rubs all the make up off without rubbing with that cotton
Another great video. I also use several products at night vs. day time. I have learned to "know my skin" like you said. Every once in a while though even my regular items will cause a flare up and I know I have to change it up for a night or two. Talked to some of my 50 and 60+ girlfriends over the weekend and they are also always looking for products that work and skin moisture is a prime concern. Diana, I get those darn milia too. Even my dermotologist can't seem to get rid of them for me. I do use a drying lotion some times and it seems to dry them out a bit. Doesn't always though.

Hi CMT I've been using good skincare for a number of years now. My family used to laugh at me when I was telling them about this cream and that lotion. It's paid of though, I just turned 40 this year, now they are wanting to know what to use. Better late than never I suppose.

Thank you for always schooling me on all things anti-aging. I want you to sing more. haha. That made me so happy. At night I use Retin-A under all my other products. I will add the rose hip oil since I have that and use it on my body after I shower. I love the Emma Hardie cleansing balm. I also use the Clinique cleansing balm. It's great but doesn't smell as good as the EH. I only use my Vit C serum in the morning. Should I use it at night as well? And if so, would I put it on over or under the Retin-A? xoxo, Tracy
Tracy, The Rose Hip Oil has a greater percentage of Retinod in it than the Perscription Retin-A Product. So you are using a double amount of Retinoid on your skin and that is not necessary. I would go with the Organic Rose Hip Oil because it is more effective and is a natural product from Rose Hips. It also has no side effects and will not thin you skin. Eileen Summerville

Thanks for update on your skin care. I do follow many Of your suggestions. Yes I think cleansing and treating your skin Right does payoff. I also use rosehip and essential oils.
This was an absolutely fabulous video - so much great information for our aging skin. Thanks for giving me ideas on products that I will be trying when my current products run out. Right now I'm using the Revision products, but it's too soon to tell if they are really working for me, and I always use my SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic and B5 Gel.

I try to keep it simple for PM. I use a cleansing oil that I made myself with organic Rice Bran Oil. Incredible for your skin. Then Sheshido (the Asians always double wash), with Clarisonic. Then toner sometimes Rose Water . Then Serum with peptides. Then Rose Hip Oil with essential oils and carrot seed oil mixed in. The micro needling and derma roller suggested by E.Summerville below really scares me.I am a bad healer & scar easily; I have ultra sensitive & dry skin prone to redness ...I really can't imagine what it would go through if I gave that type of treatment I would love your opinion on the subject please. I always appreciate your videos, your experience & wisdom on your specialised subject. ....It ALL helps ME !!!!!
I had a facial ONCE with her using the roller...I didn't care for it, it is uncomfortable, left me very red....although, I know many women who love it and see results...I think if you are very sensitive ...it would have to be in VERY experienced hands to not damage your skin...
Sometimes, I just use RoseHip seed oil only! at night combined CeraVe lotion with Hyaluronic acid (Target) Derm. recommended. I would love that Serum, but Botox is less expensive! LoL

Your video is so amazing! So much information so fast for such premium quality skin care! (My favorite!) I've been using Principal Secret for the last 12 years or so (with Olay and Roc and a few my facialist had suggested) and have always taken good/great care of my skin ever since I was a teenager. Now that I'm getting older (a 'lady of a certain age'), I'm willing to try other lines/products that may be more beneficial to my skin, and give me better results. I plan to order the TNS Essential Serum in the near future (might be a Christmas present!). I have been using it for a year now and LOVE it. I haven't had the same results with the essential serum though. I had wondered if I should stop buying it, it's not cheap! Now I'm wondering if its a knock off product, I've been buying it from Lovely Skin (have you ordered anything from them?). Maybe I should buy directly from SkinMedica. Are you still using Refissa once a week, and if so do you also continue to use Redermic R in between. Really enjoy all your videos, especially the ones on skin care. Last night the cutting monster, ill-mannered as it is, cut me off without warning...and since Im still going thru this horrible allergic hives, I left the end for today...sorry. I do my AHA routine in the morning, because since I use tretinoin at night, they sort of cancel each other out. But I think that your way of caring for your skin at night obviously has paid off, your skin is lovely, so its worth to try changes for a while and, once again, be a copycat and copy your system, and as much as possible ($$$) the products you are using. Love you and keep the wonderful videos coming...!!!! Muah!
Can't do it all, but I sure am going to get those two TNS products. If you swear by them like this I know they must be great. You've never steered us wrong (just into the poor house!) LOL! I'm goin' to the poor house with great skin! I so appreciate all you share.
Shelley9090 the eye about 6-8 months, it is very concentrated...a very little is needed...the serum about 3 months of using it only at night...maybe a little longer!

Great video. I just ordered the TNS eye cream, and can't wait to get it. It as looking at the TNS serum as well. That may be my next purchase. I don't have many fine lines and wrinkles yet (I am 51) but have noticed a loss of elasticity (aka sagging), especially with my eyelids. Makes me look tired and old :(
hi i just receive my TNS eye cream so far i like it. iam 51 also i have also lost some elasticity on my eyelids hooded eyelids not nice. to chicken to do eye surgery i understand you tired and old lol.
Just wondering if you've tried the Colleen Rothschild skin care line? I heard her cleansing balm, oil and night cream is good but then again that came from people who were sent free products so you never know. I found the hyaluronic eye serum at Marshalls that you talked and have been using it every day. And of course I HAD to order the SkinMedica TSN eye repair lol. My wallet says ouch but I know it will be worth it!
