Follow along as I go over the weekly and monthly checks and services. Dropping the spare tire, greasing some lubrication fittings, and servicing a crucial and forgotten part of the vehicle, the fuel/ water separator. Diesel's run so much smoother and reliable when all the moisture is removed from the system and it's hard to continue filtering out more if it's separator is full.
Like if it helps and comment any questions and requests for future videos. Coupling and Uncoupling a semi (M915) is next.

Very interesting, they don’t like to be touched that way. Very informative presentation. Obviously this one is more detailed, than what that other guy on Instagram shows. He says just get a cav scout to do it.

I have been working on the civilian side of these vehicles, and I appreciate these videos. I enjoy learning about this, and its very hard to find content like this (understandably so). Thank you.

I'll be doing plenty more when Covid slows down and work isn't chaos because of it. Let me know if you need to see anything specific.

Can you do one for a M1165A1 please? Before, during, after, weekly and monthly. With how common that vehicle is it would be amazing to see an expert give a class on how to properly PMCS.

SSGT Browning, Just wanted to say I appreciate these videos. I'm an upcoming TC officer and about to graduate BOLC in literally a week. I've been scouring the internet for visual aids on things like the Maintenance side of operations as well as Supply and whatnot. I just have a few questions, I'll list them out to make it easier to read: What are the usual day-to-day missions like in your PLT? What are some examples that separates a great PL from an average or bad one? (In your opinion of course, I know usually every NCO has a different perspective) Are there any specific pieces of doctrine that you recommend from your experience that you recommend a new LT to read and know like the back of their hand? Thanks! Keep up the good work man

Congratulations and welcome to the Corps, sir! I am in a bulk fuel company so it's much different now from previous transportation units I've been in. My email is stb4610@yahoo.com - I could share much more in a closed forum to answer that part. In my opinion, a good PL is one that knows that even though you're a leader, you're also in a developing phase. Always know the lowest troops job so you have perspective and understanding. Train to achieve the highest ranking persons job but understand that there's many steps in between and be humble during the climb. I love nothing more than when my LT asks me questions and we can dig into google together and have some developmental discussions that benefit both of us. Really dig into these doctrines: *AR 600-55 Army License standardization program *AR 385-10 Army Safety Program *AR 750-1 Army Maintenance Policy *DA Pam 750-8 (TAMMS) There are many others but for a start into the field, those will give you a great knowledge base. I'll be posting many more video's and hope they make adequate tools for you and your troops🙂.

All vehicle PMCS is the same. Go line by line from the TM. There's too many vehicles to make a PMCS video on
