PMDG 777 - FMS Offpath Descent Feature 

The PMDG 777 offers a nice FMS feature called the "Offpath Descent" . This helps you with energy circles on the Navigation display if a defined waypoint can be reached with an idle power descent or if speedbrakes are needed.
