Question 5 should have answer as B, because in prior question the stakeholder was recommending for a change so we went ahead and act upon it then why not in this one?
Q5 : It is about stopping the resource moving out of the project. If we are setting KT sessions, then we are letting them go, by acquiring new resources, which is another challenge we are adding. Agenda is to stop resource moving out. So just was thinking D is correct?
The movement of resources is not due to employee dissatisfaction or any similar reason; it is a requirement of the project. Projects require resources for a specific period and release them once their tasks are completed. This is indicated by the phrase 'as needed' in the question, meaning the movement of resources is driven by the project’s needs. However, through knowledge sharing and adequate communication, the project's value can be maintained by ensuring that the focus on the objectives remains consistent with the original plan.
Hi Ray, I have doubts on question 1 and 4. Q1 - The solution should be reactive here rather than proactive as the regulation is 'new'. Option D is quite generic and proactive in my opinion. I think best answer is option B as the team has to made aware that implementing regulatory requirement is mandatory for the success of the project. The only downside to B is that it says "project governance measures' rather than 'project governance need'. But i would still go with a reactive and specific solution like option B. Q4 - I think we cannot update impediment task board/project board/next sprint backlog without retrospective of previous sprint and planning of next sprint. Immediately after sprint review, customer leaves and then team does retrospective where we update lessons learned. Then the immediate next step is planning where we plan how to tackle the problem. Therefore there is no time loss. Also technically, this is not an impediment as it comes from a task which can only come after brainstorming for a solution which again comes from the planning meeting. So I would go for option C. Post option C comes brainstorming in planning and update of task board. Would love to hear your thoughts.
B is not likely an agile practice. Can be done in Predictive where the PO just sends the required info via mail to the PT with little or no understanding of the info by the PT.
Hello Sir, I have a question to ask. If question mentions that the external resource is not able to provide the service within the required schedule and this is resulting in the significant delay. Shall we first update the register or we need to escalate the issue to Project sponsor
Your stock videos at the beginning of each question and your constant referring to your other videos is super annoying. Maybe skip the stock videos and reduce the self reference?
