I love the different ethnic backgrounds , hair textures/styles and diverse figures of the models . I think it makes it easier to picture yourself in the gowns.
It's so great that Pnina chose to use different sizes and ethnicities of models. It would be cool for her to also feature at least one model with a disability, but I applaud her growing diversity of people she chose to represent.
The very last model shown at the end of the video looks absolutely beautiful ! Between the dress and her hand glove she looks Amazing ! I had a dream that I was going to get married ? But every time I have a dream great or not they do come true and I have dreams in color and very very vivid dreams.
The only "real" thing about any of these gowns are the prohibitably high prices. I have very little respect for designers who are so out of touch with normal people.
@@IMAspiringToGrace but you can still get ideas for dressing and go to a different place and show them whatever you like to have as a idea in your mind. It's just a fashion show to enjoy and learn from.. Have a great day.
nice to see some of the brides crack a smile, after all it's their wedding day even if just for pretend. and refreshing to see a few models who aren't bone thin. admire pnina!
Me too- I just wish because it was called Real and included more of everyone that she had added a kinda sari one, a kinda kimono one, a more boho one and a tiered one as nod to a few more heritages but I think she had most of them covered though, she does beautiful work
@@Mariam-qd9yf yes I get you, it should have always been the norm with people not seeing races, sizes, financial standing or any of that but sadly it has been the norm, nothing can be done about the past, we(everyone, all races, sizes, financial status, etc, can only try and need to try to do better), but it has start somewhere and it seems it was prevalent here on this runway this day or at least some of it, so thank God for that.
The black model at 2:22 looked absolutely STUNNING with that dress. And the black model with the afro looked gorgeous as well, I loved the way the dress shimmered, that off the shoulder look was fabulous. And 4:22 was amazing!!! The shimmery dresses were honestly to die for.
I loved both those models (the plus sized model looked so happy, and it's nice to see people who're my size in a show for once instead of only the anorexically thin ones.) But my favourite (and the dress she was wearing) was 3:05....I'm white, with fine, pin straight hair, so her hair was AMAZING! I loved the dark hair on the other three black models, even the close cropped hair on the last model really suited - especially the lady with the longer hair! But that one model in that beautiful dress....STUNNING!!
Was waiting for it bc of your comment & she did not disappoint ✨ loved the crystals on her face... gave me Drew Barrymore/Cinderella at the ball in Ever After vibes ✨✨
They are very beautiful, but, no one besides a model would do them justice. Always loved her designs, Randy has bridal gowns for just about every woman. Love them both.
Some designers sometimes want you to have a blank look Just look at the clothes, now Ebony fashion Fair models had a flair and dance and the announcer sang. You would of loved it.
I saw two...very disappointing to see so many bony and frail looking women representing th es general public that is completely opposite of this. But this is the fashion industry...
I love the interesting and beautiful designs. I especially love the lavender gown. I was married in 1997, and had my gown and veil made for me. I think I was ahead of the times. lol I chose lavender satin for my wedding dress, and tulle in a matching shade for my veil. They were beautiful.
Pnina Tornai's design are beautiful and unique. I appreciate how she listens to what women want. And, I appreciate the diverse sizes represented in this collection.
The 3rd dress took my breathe away!!! They all sooooo beautiful. How I wish I had a chance to slip into a wedding gown again. I'm married 14yrs ago. 👰😃
Omg real sized models across the board!!! And they look so happy and like they are enjoying their walk! I just watched another runway show and not one model smiled but they also we're all very skinny. This made me concerned because all my doctor's tell me I'm not healthy at 35, 5 ft 7 in and 110 lbs.... And they are right! I had a parasite from Iraq that damaged my entire digestive system and I struggle, people always make comments about my size, negative and positive. I used to be 177 lbs though and I got the same reaction from doctors and people! The way you look matters only to you, because everyone will see you differently, but health is vital. I love the diversity in this show, in so many ways too!
I love how she used models of different body sizes. I do wish the earlier models had their hair up... having it hanging in the front took away from the shape of the necklines, IMO.
I've committed on this before and every time I see it, I have to say something to the fact that the plus size woman was featured in the collection. Lol big girls deserve some love to.
Of all wedding dresses fashion shows I have watched, this one is the best. Not only that the dresses are very lovely but the models exude bliss which would make customers buy what they wear. 💝💝💝 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wow beautiful dresses. Some of them had such serious looks I liked the smiles . Awesome job models and Ms Pnina!!! She’s not afraid to think out the box and still be classy, sexy!!
She really ruined the dress. I thought it was a very beautiful ome but couldn't concentrate on anything else but her lifting the skirt. Now that I stoped it, I see that the upper part is not for me
Project Runway had a trans model a couple of seasons ago, Mimi Tao.. STUNNING!! She grew up training to become a Buddhist monk! Check her out on IG! So beautiful.. ❤
✨💖✨Some beautiful gown, some stunning, modeled on beautiful and varying models. Bravo. All brides want to feel beautiful on their wedding day. This show proves that __All__ brides are beautiful. ✨💖✨
agree , looks very 2010-2012 , some looks are very kardashian and tacky and the models trying so hard , but wherever it's Pnina by kleinfeld , not CHANEL , (not hate , I , like the tv show )
I luv more slinky dresses, but those last two dresses were a fav. The 2nd last dress, never seen that material before. The last dress (showstopper) was just that the showstopper. Absolutely beautiful! Luv the diversity of the models.
I'm late but BRAVO. BRAVO. BEAUTIFUL accomplishment!! ALL the women are REAL women in this "show" and I adore their professionalism!! I adore the napkin dress with the tiers/ layers. And especially enjoyed the FINAL LOOK and the FINAL MODEL!! EXCELLENT!! GORGEOUS!! GORGEOUS!! I hope you sold a ton of dresses and your brand continues to be relevant and profitable. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I think her princess styles came across better than the fishtail and mermaid designs. The detail on the materials were stunning. A particular dress at 7:37 was a show stopper! Stunning in its simplicity and letting the bride shine as well as the dress. The dress at 5:38 was another favorite!
These are very 'showy' , more red carpet than Bridal. Very Vegas. Prefer Randy's & Lazarro's. She'd clean up with a sideline doing evening gowns for Hollywood stars.
As soon as I saw that one with all the flowers on it....I said, she copied Randy. I liked the first 2-3...but...meh...on the rest. I think that Pnina is super talented, but this wasn't her best overall collection.
MANY of Randy's gowns are gorgeous too...each artist has their own gifts that come through...no one is better than the other....and I LOVED Randy's gowns too except, that blue thing...didn't like the top just as I didn't like the one similar that Pnina made.
100% agree. imo the majority of hers look like trashy lingerie with a skirt (case in point, 4:50 where the top is just bra pads with flowers sewn on), yes there is a demographic that likes that. I think Randy's are more universally flattering and beautiful, though her dress at 8:00 was mesmerizing
I really like her gowns but love Randy's collection more. One thing I like about Pnina is she will try to work with any budget one of the things I admire about her as a designer.
Really? I always thought that the Pnina look was almost lingerie, way too revealing for a wedding, this collection is actually more according to a traditional wedding style than most of what I previously saw from her.
It Is a beautiful, wonderful job, I love all the dresses. Pinina Is so talented, this shows she loves her job, and she does It with nothing but heart, soul and passion. I wish I could see my daugther with one of those incredible dresses.
I like this collection because Pnina has made more variety of styles. Not everything is nearly nude or so tight you have be a model to get into it. The last gown was lovely.
Nooooo, it looked like a cheap version of the insanely beautiful period costumes in Marie Antoinette with Kristen Dunst. All she needed was a white powdered wig!
Me encantaría conocerla uff...
What are you talking about? Neither do designers sell dresses by volume, nor are any of these dresses lacking in actual volume: trains, full skirts, loads of satin, lace, jewelry etc. Well worth thousands in every respect
Usually I’d say that models smiling or dancing is distracting from the clothing, but DAMN. These girls knew how to WORK those dresses without taking away from the gowns. Bravo
