I was going through papers and found a scrap of paper with this information on it. I haven’t opened this drawer in probably 7 years. It was like a little time capsule. I found your information today and looked it up on you tube and it’s very helpful!!!

Thanks and of course others have true shortcomings and shadow work is far more complex than what we'll cover in a 10 min video. :) The question is whether or not we're triggered by those shortcomings. If so, that's a good indication we probably have some integration to do!

I discuss it in various places but I'm less interested in the abstract nuances and more interested in actually APPLYING the simple fundamentals. The Ideas in this Note alone, if embodied, would take care of way more than 80% of our shadow issues I think. :)

If you see the genius in someone else, dont mean, you see your own genius .. .cause you just see the result and not the process, which means, that the genius is in the process, which you cant see, cause the simple visible foreground of the result, have many invincible complex processes in the background and the genius, is the background. If you see the negativ in other, dont mean, that is your own negativ, cause the negativ is just a symptom of something deeper, which can be totaly different and if you identify with it and think that reflection is "linear", you get trapped in a mind-game ... the mirror is "bend" and not linear, with complex interconnection of different layer, like a code.
