I read the book and follow the program every day. My sport is USPSA competition shooting. I have been able to consistently execute great performances under pressure that I never would have before. I think the main point is to change what you believe about yourself into what you want it to be. Then, you will expect to consistently perform at a high level and you will. It takes time and hard work but this system does work.

The "rehearsal" is the biggest idea I take out of your presentation. Visualizing my next steps, my goals, my desires, my dreams is the way I will implement it in my life. To be honest, I already do it with great results, but every time I come across to a presentation like yours I re-establish my promise to myself to practice it! Thank you!

I have been saying aloud "THAT'S LIKE ME" whenever I do something that's in harmony with my desired self-image. Small example: I nearly didn't wash up the dishes last night, because I was tired and it was only a few bits... and then I turned around and starting saying "that's like me" over and over as I washed up haha! I high fived myself at the end and said "see? It only took a few minutes - job well done! THAT'S LIKE ME!" Thanks for this!
My morning practice is going to be to watch your videos in the morning instead of the night time. That way, I can apply the changes immediately. I especially liked "90 % mental", this is incredibly important. Attitude is a small thing that makes a huge different in our lives. Keep up the good work.
