Oh that's good diningonstyle ... I'm glad you like those ingredients already. Yeah some people add vinegar, and some people don't... but I find I have better accuracy with the addition of vinegar.

I love how you explained how we all have our own way of poaching eggs. I love doing poached eggs with spinach, tomatoes, avocado and a miso mayo. Season with garlic salt. Thank you soo much for sharing, much love to you!!!
