Yes the marine rouge! I call it my south of France bag.. so nautical and I wear it with all white linen.

Hi, thanks for reviewing. May I know what the finish is like? On the video it looks kinda shiny but in person looks more matte and almost like cowhide. Foes it have something to do with the launch year? Thanks in advance.

Hi there! Most welcome and thanks so much watching. I wouldn’t say it’s a true flat matte however, it’s not really that shiny. I think my lighting made it come across that way on camera!

Would you recommend this for the first time Lv purchase. If so do you have recommendations on how to extend the strap ? I keep going between this bag the multi pochette in the same leather or a Neonoe BB.

Hi Jillian. Yes I would definitely recommend the pochette Métis in leather for a first LV bag. I’m barely 5’4” and have the strap only in the second hole. There are several holes remaining to extend quite a bit. I absolutely love the multi pochette in leather as well. There’s so much versatility with that bag. Just keep in mind the strap will definitely not extend as much as the pm. At my height, it does still work as crossbody. I’m personally not a fan of the Néonoé. Cute, but not as practical imo. Given the similarities in styles and features of your first two choices, I would say those would be better first LV bags! Hope this helps and have a great day!

Looks like your embossing on the bottom front is wearing down all across, unless you purchased it like that? Although that could be normal wear if stuffing a lot, you’d usually see that wear on the back first especially with embossed empreinte leather. Your thoughts?

Hi there! I literally just went to inspect thoroughly and at first I thought that was indeed the case. However, now after looking back at older photos, my bag has been this way from the beginning. It never really bothered me or seemed very noticeable. If it does, I’ll certainly take it to LV to get their thoughts. Thanks!

I use Collonil Leather Gel Classic for my empriente Zoe Wallet occasionally. This was recommended to me by an SA at my local Mulberry store. Hope this helps.

I tried the monogram reverse in store. To be honest it depends on personality in my case. It will be more quiet if purchasing a black one, as someone who doesnt want people knowing immediately what im wearing I will purchase dark color like this black or pochette metis (I prefer pochette metis monogram than black but its always out of stock). So I might choose black

Had been using some great wipes that sadly have been discontinued. I’ve used a plain water wipe to just brush over as needed most recently.

Hi Gemma! I typically try to keep my bags out of the rain. However, I have been caught in the rain with this one in particular and have had no issues. I did wipe down immediately. Hope that helps!
