I'm a New Subbie! I just purchased the pochette metis in reverse monogram. I so love this handbag! I have the speedy 30 and so wish I had the 25. The speedy 30 is too big! However, it was my first luxury handbag and a gift from my husband. So I guess I'm stuck with it.

I’ve treated leather on my PM n no issues so far. I’ve been caught in some rain n leather looks great. I use a bandeau to be safe n to accessorize anyway.

Glad I stumbled on your video, Heather! I'm super torn on getting the new speedy b 25 DE or to get one pre-loved because of the matte finish leather on the new DE. Looking at your video I'm not sure if your speedy b 25 DE is in the original shiny leather handles & strap or the newer matte one. I read on lots of forums that the matte leather can get water marks from rain, and an LV SA told me to be mindful when using hand lotion before touching the handles/strap. This is definitely not the case with the older shiny DE leather. If yours is in the newer matte leather finish, how does the handles & strap holding up on your speedy b nowadays? Is it easy to get some water marks (rain) on the matte leather? I know that rain isn't an issue with the original shiny leather. Curious to know how the matte leather performs! :) Thanks so much!!

I have multiples of both and prefer pochette metis. Speedy bags are like a black hole, tried organizers, pouches, no matter. Turns into disorganized mess in a couple of days. I do really like the 20 size though. 25's are annoying.
