You should put a solid axle on it, all you would have to do is move the exhaust and put a longer axle so it can go on both tires. If you had a solid axle it would give you better take off and better drifting because you would have two drive tires

The chain tensioner being on the top of the chain has to fight the engine to make the chain tight, which it simply can't do. If it were on the bottom, however, it could do its job properly

You should take The rear Axle from A Mini Quad... Some People just toss them..or You can get'em Pretty Cheap.. Anyway, I Think That would improve Performance...A+ Though... For The Pexi...Holding The Sprocket... And Bolted Right Through The Wheel !!! Lol...But, Resourceful... Nice Little Project.

I actually think it would be better as something you normally ride on the road rather than a drift trike because it looked stable at faster speeds. You should put rubber tires on the rear instead. That would really sort out this build. Good work.

I bet that thing pulls to the right when you're on the throttle. A solid axel would definitely stop that problem, allowing you to have more fun, that front break should be enough, control your speed by sliding that back end around, on a solid axle. It looks really cool though. Functionality over looks. Top of the chain gets tight when you get on the power the bottom of the chain gets slack so tensioner goes on the bottom, bro. Other than that, it's a good build. Thanks for sharing.

Great improvements.That happens to me when I build something I always have to improve it some how.The stock clutches are not ment for our weight so that’s why we always have to upgrade it..Today I need to fix two 50 cc engines on my kids go karts.

Nice build there But one small thing i must say Not to be route or anything But you can't tightn Up the thain on the "Pull" side it must be under, After it has run over the front sprocket Look close at your chain At 4,26--> it jumps badly Other then that just an awesome build Without welding as you said 👍👍👍 Best regards

That's a cool little drift bike, I have the same razor bike I got the 20 bucks and I also want to a little 50cc motor on it going to be my little ride to the corner store LOL. My question is the expansion chamber or exhaust pipe you have on that little motor where did you get that that didn't come with the motor I know I would like to order one myself thanks for your time but the cool builds.

Just looking, first impression. I would get the exhaust down and away from the driver. Why, well, unless I’m wrong, NO drifting is off road, in grass, dirt, etc. not enough coolant wrap, guard, exhuast guard to protect the driver.

Le gars qui crie the stock spark plug wire can be twisted off and replace it with a thicker ~8mm copper core wire. Also you can search on pocketbikeplanet forums and search hp spark wire mod.

Unless you have the rear wheels connected with a solid bar or a lsd you cant even begin to call it a drift trike. Its a single rear wheel drive trike. Drifting requires power to both rear wheels or only one rear wheel on the vehicle. This can only slide in one direction and that isnt a drift, its a slip You have created a weird " thing " Not a drift trike.
