Pocketing Funeral Money 

The plaintiff says the defendant is his cousin. He claims his cousin stole money from his mother’s funeral policy and gave her a cheap burial. He’s suing for mental anguish and stolen inheritance. The defendant claims she was named the trustee because the plaintiff is irresponsible with money.
