This was the book that stood out to me the most on the list because it intrigued me so much. It's a book that I might not have found on my own, had it not been on the longlist. The more I hear about it the more I want to read it. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

I agree, that's why I always love to dive into longlists, T never know what I'm going to find. This left me in tears at the end - I didn't think it was going to be for me in the beginning but had changed my mind totally by the end.

Loved Pod. Ppl say it’s depressing, but it’s realistic and its most “depressing “ aspects = anthropogenic engineered . Like ok let’s efff up stuff and cover our ears and minds about it . 🤦🏼‍♀️ . The book is an achievement 💚

It's one I still think about. Ea's story had me in tears and the writing was so gorgeous.
