[Podcast 19] Why shouldn't make New Year's resolutions 

HAPPY NEW YEARRRR! Honestly, my goals are the same ones from previous years but with some adjustments. I dont wait till the new year to make goals and just make goals as things change!! It's an ongoing process

Completely agree. In fact, just a couple days ago, Zeisha and I had a “life meeting” where we largely discussed the small day to day things we need to do in order to make time towards the things we want to achieve. Largely home organisation and keeping on top of mess instead of allowing things to pile up lol. Very grown up. We could never do Keto either, we both love our carbs far toooo much 😂😂. Hope you are doing better TKmoon! 🌸🌴

Happy new year!! I kind of agree with you but idk if you watched my NY video, I personally have a resolution literally in the middle of the year but I like that NY gives me a nice timeline. It’s easier to keep track of the time frame. But I definitely see what you are saying!
