As someone recently diagnosed with adhd, adhd is the correct diagnosis in the new diagnosis manual used by doctor. Instead of adhd and add, it is now split into adhd initentive type (previously known as add now called adhd-i) there is also adhd hyperactive type and also combined type. I am not a doctor obviously but I have done lots of recent research. Love you guys!!!

A lot of people have a bar-mitzvah/bat-mitzvah as an adult…Typically it’s when u’re converting but there’s many cases as secularly Jewish one’s entire life but never had the chance to do it. Basically all you would need to do is seek out a Rabbi & they would either tutor or more often than not select a Bar/Bat-mitzvah tutor that would help you with your Haftorah portion, which you don’t need to memorize (So no need for a cheat sheet behind your glasses lol) And that would certainly be an expedited process you wouldn’t have go through the 4/5 years of Hebrew school one takes as a child before you turn 12/13. However you would probably need a Hebrew refresher course unless the Synagogue is a Reformed/ Reconstructionist denomination that does most of their services in English. Also the added bonus of Hebrew spelled phonetically which is great since it seems like you’re reading/speaking in Hebrew to the audience but in turn utilizing the ultimate Cheat Sheet with it literally spelled out for you.

One of my best friends was killed in a car crash a month ago, and listening to the podcasts helped me keep it together during the three hour drive to and from her funeral. I'm not sure what I would have done otherwise. The positivity and humor distracted me from the reason I was driving. On another note, everyone: please don't drink and drive. I had to see my best friend laying in an open casket because someone made the decision to get behind the wheel while intoxicated.

Just got my unicorn meundies yesterday....and they sparkle! Have had a subscription for a year and am not disappointed. I do wish their waist bands came in different colors or the fabric would cover the band would be my only suggestion. Their prints are fantastic, the fabric is stretchy, rich, and wears well. My boyfriend and I both look forward to our subscription. You can postpone your subscription for a month if needed. They are pricier and I know that can be an issue for some, but I don't regret it. They even ran out of a print one time that I wanted and I ended up getting four pairs of underwear for free. It was so nice of them.

Julien--I'm jewish but didn't become Bat Mitzvah until a month ago, and I'm 23. I became Bat Mitzvah on my Birthright trip, and I learned that becoming Bar/Bat mitzvah isn't about a big party or turning 13 like I always thought it was growing up. Instead it's about becoming a part of a community and accepting responsibility for the actions that you choose in life, and for me this was a more significant experience than a party would have been for me as a kid. Back then I wouldn't have known anything about the significance of the ceremony so I'm glad I did it as an adult.
