Oh my goodness you are in my hood. I have lived in Fallbrook now I live in Bonsall and I have been to Valley Center. I hope that I could meet you. You should think of giving a class at the community center in Fallbrook. I actually work at the school right next to it. I drink/eat kefir milk. It’s my desert and I’m sharing the wealth with friends and coworkers. Hope to see you soon.
Unfortunately I don't live in New York. I'd LOVE to meet the beautiful Ms. Probiotic Foods! I could talk with you for hours. If you ever come to Columbus, Ohio, I'd love to see you, Donna!
Hello, Donna. I bought kefir grains from you about a year ago. It has been great. I am wondering how much kefir do you normally drink a day? Is it possible to have too much of it? Thanks.
Hi! Sorry for the response here is a whole blog on how many cultured foods I eat in a day: www.culturedfoodlife.com/a-day-in-the-life-of-a-cultured-foodie/
I googled where to buy Celtic sea salt and most types were “Grey Sea Salt” there were others but which do you recommend? BTW I’ve been spraying mag oil on my skin for years using the ancient mag crystals you spoke of from Amazon. 👍🏼
As long as it is celtic sea salt (which will be naturally grey) you are good. I like this brand: www.culturedfoodlife.com/store/product/celtic-sea-salt-light-grey-by-the-grain-salt-society-coarse-ground-1-lb/
Just wondering - if we start using the more natural salts, Celtic sea salt, Realsalt, Himalayan, etc - what about our need for the iodine factor? Don't we need iodine still? I don't want to stop using regular iodized salt unless I'm sure that we don't need it anymore. Just curious what you think, or how you are addressing that. Thank you.
Iodine has been added to salt (in the form of potassium iodide) since 1924. It does not occur naturally in the salt. I I am attaching a website where you can see a list with foods that contain iodine and other important information. I often think about that too. ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Iodine-HealthProfessional/
