Winnie Catalina Arzu is a woman of many talents, born and raised in the Bronx in a trilingual household. Fascinated by words, patterns, and rhythms from a young age, she began writing poetry and short stories at the age of nine. Winnie has honed her craft through poetry workshops with the Cave Canem Foundation and Murphy Writing at Stockton University. In addition to her writing, Winnie enjoys baking, photography, traveling, and reading. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Spanish, along with a certification in project management. Professionally, Winnie is a program manager at the Food Education Fund, where she builds programs and engages with high school students, making a meaningful impact on their education and future.
