Is it this same if I use chicken on this curry cos my family like chicken curry so can replace it with potatoes

Like many other chef demonstrations, measurements aren't stated. A little of this and a bowl of that translates to mostly failed attempts at first and having to make the recipe numerous times before any success is achieved. Other than that, this is brilliant.
