This is great, thanks for covering this! Drex I've been playing around with this for a little while now! I particularly really love doing buzz saw flowers, like the six and four pedal anti-spin flowers and allowing the Poi to spiral wrap around my hands as I ascend and descend the flower!
This is very informational and actually explains why it feels so comfortable with using short poi when doing buzz saws compared to doing it with longer poi. Thank you for explaining how to get in between the different grip styles. Love the difference in the tricks you can do with different lengths of the poi. Definitely have to work on matching beats with the poi and not just counting the beats.
