Poi Spinning Tutorial: Turnies on a Wall Plane 

Your videos always make me smile i have been doing turns on my hall wall tree of life tapestry for the last week. I love that you have so much fun teaching. It makes it soo much fun learning thank you

Love it. The wall technique is what I use to teach barrel spins for belly dancers. :) It's always fun to see how disciplines use similar methods.

That really tickled me last night, your my favourite teacher, something about the way you teach makes more sense than others I have tried to learn from, with lots of eye rolling comedy what more do you want?... You make it look so easy that I always jump straight in and realize no... Nick was right again, one arm at a time, then a week or so later ive got it. I have wanted to do Poi since I was a child, I only found out what it was called just over a year ago and thanx to your endless amount of shared knowledge I am realising my dream. I love just getting lost in it to music. I tend to get frustrated easily but know the more i come back to something i struggled with, the bigger chance one day it will just click, and it has so many times. So thank you muchly Poi God!!

That was one of the most bizarre poi lessons I've ever seen, which is a good thing :P " 'Turnies on a wall plane' was taught to me by a Tibetan poi master while I was lost in the Himalayas on an elephant" Just wow :P
