I don't think they working effectively, look at our road sides, weedy and dirty. Every junction has turned into market example tuba junction (people selling tilapia/food stuffs) and others selling on the pedestrian pavements at the toll booth, whiles there is an empty market few yards away. All these huge rusty and scattered bill/sign boards what kind of beautifican is this. Sir please highlight this to GA South Municipal Assembly they are in charge of these areas.
