I saw Poison in 2009 and they put on a great show in Toronto and that was 13 years ago.

They just kept getting better and noone realized. Gotta love watching these shows.

Yeah, I don't think Bret and CC get along very well still. Bret was asked recently if after the success of the Stadium Tour if he thought of doing another studio album. He said probably not because fists would fly if they tried.

@@monmixer True. I'm not sure about those few grands a night. I would say more like 500 hundred. There are many singers who went solo or own the name, Tom Keifer, Taime Downe, Axl Rose many years, Stephen Pearcy, Jack Russell, Geoff Tate.

Rikki actually does well with his solo work producing and drum clinics etc. his band!

I play guitar but I’ve always hated these solo sections (on any instrument), pointless waste of set time, throw in another song

​​​@@theoisme Occasionally during the guitar solo sections I've seen/heard some great solos, when they're played like an instrumental song with some structure, like a Joe Satriani tune. As a guitar player myself, I enjoy those very rare moments. But your right, I'd rather have another song in the show because 95% of these solo breaks are just not good. They remind me of people trying to show off in a guitar center. They genuinely sound disjointed and terrible. It's worse when it's a shorter show like this with a small set list. Just a waste of time.

I would have preferred to hear “Something to believe in” versus a guitar solo wankery

@@murphyr31 you , and the comment above you are on point. In a smaller set like this, a solo section is welcome, sure, but it should be structured well enough. One guitarist I can immediately think of who does both and mixes both well is Syu from the band Galneryus. Equal parts blistering fast shred, and beautiful melodious solo lines.

There awesome, it’s the first time that the originals have been together in awhile but it was so much fun to see! Bret is doing his solo tour right now but a few interviews I saw with him recently sounded like the originals will be touring again in 2025! @@stevenm2949 I understand your sentiments - but we as fans never really know what is going on personally with each band member, health-wise, family, other personal projects. On top of that, touring has been nearly impossible the last 2+ years. Bret sounded like he had a new found appreciation for touring and playing live that I think we all have grown to appreciate even more since the "lockdowns", which all seem even more bogus as time marches forward. All the local concerts from local bands have been just about sold out as well this year, people just want to Rock and get back to enjoying music and friends. I got that same vibe from all the bands from the Stadium Tour. Glad I went, it is a great life memory.

Lol, picturing a boom box, damn we are old, lol, and I recorded songs off the radio with my cassette tape🙌Funny how some people praise them now but bashed them back in the day but who cares, Poison is great and I love ❤️ seeing and rocking out 🎸 to all the bands from my youth! Bret said in a interview he’ll be on tour with his band in 2024 and this tour is going over sea next year and Poison will tour again in 2025, so enjoy Poison while their together now because after next year you won’t see them together till 2025, according to Bret! Seeing them at night would be very cool and decades ago I did and it was awesome 👏 so maybe 2025 they will close on their own tour!

@@adamfanalways I still have the original open up and say ahhhhh cassette tape, but yes I remember the days of recording anything you could off the radio because in Australia sometimes cassettes were sold out, plus they never knew when they would get stock in lol hahahaha. So many people bashed all those bands back then, AC/DC, Poison,Metallica and all the hair bands of the 80’s but now it’s become hip, but these millennials will never understand what it was like back then. I glad I grew up in the 80’s, I only listen to 60’s, 70’s 80’s music and bands like Tool, Nirvana and Sound Garden of the 90’s. But I do have a spot for Audio Slave because Chris Cornell’s lyrics are special. Yes we are old, but wise!!

So true! The biggest bands right now are the tours from our generation! As long as their all selling tickets 🎫 and touring, I’ll keep going! I have old cassette tapes and some records from back in the day! I’d go and see this tour again if they do it!🤟

We all have different opinions but I love ❤️ both Motley Crue and Poison, I recorded both at this show because I love them but Motley Crue & Def Leppard have sold more records and known worldwide wide and been extremely popular for decades and changed and brought a lot to there time in music 🎶 that doesn’t take away from Poison because their great but the bigger bands get to headline and this tour came around because of Motley Crue’s movie The Dirt! These bands are having a great time with each other and their crews! I’am absolutely so glad I held on to my tickets these last couple years, I had the best time at my 2 shows! But fan’s love ❤️ Poison and I do to and nothing is more fun then seeing your favorite close the show out! This whole tour is going overseas next year, then Bret said he has a solo tour line up with his band and then in 2025 Poison will tour again! Thanks for watching🤟🎶🥰

Once you figure that Poison is only playing 7 songs ( all hits) it makes a bit of a difference. They are killing it each night but they are ONLY playing the hits. That would be a great gig for a tour.
