I said I use the E-search to attach the water, so I can search the DTE with Ninja :) Hopefully that clears it up for you.

I tested Glalie, not good imo, might get better in the future but atm I'd just rather the 4 Froslass. Water Ninja is bad doesn't do anything. Grant is also bad, also doesn't do anything.

Popsicle knight uploaded a very similar list, he went up against OgerBolt by exploiting the single prize walling strat. Sent the one pricers to die while the 3 froslass dealt with the teal masks, and just promoted to greninja for one final attack.

Both die to Froslass and aren't needed. You need your bench space.

Gren's second attack has the damage listed in the attack description, so it isn't reduced by DTE. Just tested in PTCGL.

@@auradood I don't remember everything well enough to regurgitate how it works with exact detail. But, a lot of people have claimed that PTCGL is just bugged. If I remember a source that had reliable info, I'll retry to remember to cite it. But, you can also just Google it.

@@auradood i do believe many judges have confirmed that it does 100, apparently the game is currently bugged and it isnt surprising considering how buggy this recent update has been

Yeah, when i played against the deck, its supposed to only hit 100 instead of 120 with dte as all damage (including damage to the bench), as the energy discard and damage is done at the same time.

Yeah, I checked some threads on moves like water shuriken and rapid flow. Same wording, but they have their damage reduced. Turns out PTCGL just implemented this one incorrectly. Whoops! It is kind of annoying that the official simulator isn't a reliable place to go for rulings honestly, but at least now I know!

When I was testing the deck I was just going off of live which was doing 120, but I double checked the compendium and know now, thanks boss :D
