All Battle Themes of Legendary Pokémon in the Pokémon games, from Crystal up to Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon of Generation VII in chronological order. I have chosen to include Mythical Pokemon and Ultra Beasts due to ambiguity.
All songs are taken from the official soundtracks (OSTs) from iTunes 256kbps AAC or Lossless CD Rips in WAV format. Pokémon Platinum's Battle! (Regirock/Regice/Registeel), and music from Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon were ripped directly from the game, as they have not been released in an official album.

'Battle! (Reshiram/Zekrom)' and 'Battle! (Black Kyurem/White Kyurem)' combine the sound effects heard in the background of each Pokémon's fight. The Ruby & Sapphire remix of 'Battle! (Suicune)' is never officially played and therefore not included. 'Arceus' is never officially played as a battle theme (only for a cutscene in HeartGold & SoulSilver) and is not named as a battle theme by the official albums.
All images used in this video belong to Game Freak or Nintendo, and are considered Fair Use.
Songs are grouped by generation, sorted first by the game they are first heard in, and sorted second by the order they appear in the official albums. Except the original Deoxys theme, which I just realized while uploading wasn't in Ruby and Sapphire...
Besides just adding Gen VII songs, I also updated some graphics. Screens with multiple Pokemon are more accurate to scale so they don't look awkward, and others I just changed the graphics, such as using Mewtwo's artwork from the album or artwork of Mew's specific event in Emerald where its theme plays.
More importantly, I've made it so that any song longer than 2~2.5 minutes when looped twice only loop once. IIRC, this shortens Giratina, Deoxys, XY Mewtwo, Yveltal/Xerneas, and all Gen V and VII songs to only one full loop. The Gen IV albums were already 1 loop only, which is why the DPPt songs didn't need shortening.
