Pokémon GO's BIGGEST Fails! 

omgggg first!

Since the release, I have seen a total of 8 Galarian Birds (45 uses). - 7 Articuno (caught 1) - 1 Zapdos - 0 Moltres That's about 18% encounter rate currently (about once a week).

My biggest fail was I finally got a reclaim for a shiny squirtle and I wanted a sparkle picture but I had ar plus on and I was in a car with low internet, so it glitched and I wasn’t able to turn it back into the normal catch screen and I didn’t even get a chance to catch it (which I still haven’t reclaimed to this day and this was in the tcg event btw)

The losing a shiny to the Go Plus definitely hurts. My first and only shiny sacrificed to the Go Plus (so far) was my first ever shiny Miltank during the Johto Tour. Still looking for redemption.

My very first bird was the Articuno - I caught it after throwing 3 ball at it. I was floored!! My second one, last week, was the Moltres. It ran on the 2nd ball.

Damn, I forgot that Brandon threw Jake under the bus like that 😂 I hope Jake was alright after it haha

1:10 Tip at the end! I lost a shiny Scarf Pikachu at GO Fest Finale because I wanted to see the sparkles. Never got another shiny that day and Niantic doesn't want to fix it. Tip: Toggle AR mode On and Off to see the sparkles next time.

I just Shiny Failed today. I used a Gold Razz Berry, and threw an Ultra Ball, and the Shiny Event Crogunk fled. That was very unfortunate, because I never Shiny Fail that easy before.

I came from the future. Brandon, you will get a Galarian Zapdos, it sucks, but its worth.

I’ve seen two Moltres (both ran) and two Zapdos, one ran but the other one I critical caught one yesterday!!! 😀

I found a shiny chimecho during go fest and wanted to screenshot the sparkles, but instead of just going in and out of AR mode, I left the encounter to re encounter it and it despawned. I still have yet to find another one.

I’m wondering if mystic forgot that he savage seasoned a bird?

I have seen a Galarian Articuno the second day the daily incense dropped. My brother encountered 2 Galarian Articunos and a Galarian Moltres.

Man I was really mad when I found that moltress, and he literally just left like without permission

I had the same thing: when Magikarp wasn't found that often. Caught one and with that finally passed the 400 candy mark to evolve it to Gyarados. I didn't realize that at the moment and just wanted to appraise it. At that moment I was traveling in a bus. And it hit a bump. making me press the wrong button and I didn't notice it. So when a pop-up appeared asking me if I wanted to evolve it, I didn't even think about it and pressed yes. At hitting the yes button I realized what I did and it was too late: evolving a zero star Magikarp into Gyarados with all my Magikarp Candy... So frustrated at that time hahaha. Having a Hundo Gyarados now, the experience makes me laugh now. But I sure as hell didn't laugh when it happened 😂😁

Not only have I seen a galarian bird, I've seen two in the same incense, and even caught one

I have seen two of each Galarien birds.Every one have run away. I tried two times to give them Nanab Berry, and I got two shots on the same bird. Tought I should get them, but no.

Once I encountered Galarian Zapdos and Galarian moltress but didn’t catch both of them because I forgot I had ultra balls and I used great balls

Had both Articuno and Moltres on one incense yesterday, and today I had Zapdos. All ran.....

I've seen all the galarian birds multiple times. Almost every day. I caught one galarian zapdos. Golden razz, great ball, missed the excellent. Still caught it. Couldn't believe it.

A couple months ago, found a Shiny Meltan while on the Highway, It fled and my box wasn’t going to work until after the event featuring shiny Meltan ended

Biggest flop of every trainer- Catch the Galarian Birds. I encountered 2 Zapdos',1 Articuno and 1 Moltres. But still no luck, all ran away...

One time I was getting a sharpedo from evolution and it was during a daily incense and I heard a spawn during the evolution and do you know what it was, it was a galarian moltress but it was too far away and I was not able to get it 😢.

I accidentally purified my Hundo Shadow Machamp, while eating lunch and trying to power it up for a task. Ooooooopppsssss

ScrubLordDustin had a similar experience as Zoë's, but on a Galarian Bird. He apparently had a second phone (at his home, I think) ... running on the same account ... with a go plus or a go-tcha running ... and when he tried to throw a berry on the G. Bird, it would give an error. Tried it on the next daily incense spawn and it would happen again. It took him awhile to figure out what had happened. As you can guess, he didn't catch his first encounter of the Galarian bird. He felt soooo stupid.

Totally agree, took 1 month to see a galarian Zapdos... I golden berried then did get the Excellent toss... still ran. Bummer, 3% catch rate is really too low. They could let us catch them... taking a time to get a good iv. It would make community enjoy it finally. Then after 4 months launch shiny Zapdos galarian, 3=4 months after do shiny Articuno Galarian, and months later the final bird. This would actually make the adv incense a real benefit to community. Today, kind of worthless.

I saw a zapdos 3 days ago, it was way too bright out to land the throw, i got a great throw and it fled :( then 2 days ago, Moltres decides to show up as the first pokemon on my incense, you can probably finish my story for me

I've only got a shundo once. It was a wild Caravan. I'd love to get a shundo of Darkrai it's my favorite pokemon I have got a hundo Datkrai though 💚💜

I've seen probably about six or so Galarian birds, though they've become more rare. Was seeing them and a better variety of uncommon spawns the first week or so. Now I rarely see anything interesting.

Still to this day, me my wife and my son have popped incense every single day since it came out. Only my son has ran into a moltres. Starting to just not care. I appreciate a grind but dang man give the chance to catch. (many days were weather boosted)

My almost had same thing happen to me on Saturday Sep 2 where shiny tentacool came up I ran from it because I thought it wasn't shiny realized that it was shiny and got it just in time

I have encounted Moltres once and Articuno once, both escaped after 1 ball. Let me tell you now, Moltres is A LOT closer than it looks.

I encountered a wild zapdos it immediately fled after I threw my ultra ball

Last night I found a galarian Moltres but I got greedy and didn't want to use my master ball and used golden razz and ultra ball then it fled

I ran from my first ever shiny, a low cp Magicarp, because I had no idea what a shiny was. Told my son about the really weird encounter when I got home and he about passed out. Now I know why😅🙃🙃🙃

Ive seen 11 galarian birds haven’t caught one of them

when you are raiding deoxys and get a near perfect one but end up forgetting to berry it until you end up with 2 balls left and inevitably lose it. that just happened to me a few minutes ago before this comment was posted also i couldn't catch my first g.moltres as i just ran out of pokeballs and had to watch it despawn in front of my face

I've seen Articuno 3 times and each time it's ran from me I can't catch them for the life of me. But I've heard things saying that if you wait for 30 seconds before you throw your golden razz and Ultra Balls at it you have a higher chance to catch it but I'm not sure if that's true
