It took me a long time to realise Ingo is from Black and White for some reason. I was like... "Yo this guy looks familiar". 😂 Yea I would like that but free DLC or something.

He and Emmet are some of my favourites but man, I do feel bad for them being separated and would love to know how and why Ingo got sent to Hisui!

really glad they chose a character like him, like, he's not someone huge like red, but he's not super obscure either, and his identity being apart of a duo also makes him being stuck in the past heartbreaking, i've just been hoping emmet's doing alright in the present the whole time

But like, if it's in the past, and BW take place in present day, then he HAS to come back somehow right? isn't that how timetravel works?

@@Spookiester definitely plays a big part post game. There's also just a ton of Easter eggs calling back to pokemon history and natural habits

The graphics suck, and Pokemon interaction is too limited, but otherwise a great game IMO. Heck, the visuals are still pretty despite the bad graphics.

@@MrGksarathy the art style is excellent, I think with better shading and texture work this could’ve been one of the best looking switch games.

@@Michael-xt1xt the artstyle's awful, that's why it looks so bad. The npcs, Pokémon and environment all look different because for some reason Gamefreak couldn't settle on sticking with *one* style when making this game.

They honestly kind of deserved the flack when they announced Legends Arceus. At that point the game was *clearly* not in a state in which it should've been shown off to the public yet. The game still looks pretty rough around the edges now that it's been released, but it *REALLY* looked awful in that first reveal trailer...

It makes me think that Hisui isn't set in the past, but some sort of alternate dimension. So the characters aren't "ancestors," they're alternate versions of the characters we know. Makes sense because Ingo himself is the same as he was in Black and White, and we can tell from the clothes the player character wears at the start of the game that they are originally from Kalos or Alola, depending on if you are playing as a boy or girl.

I personally want things like the ability to see where the Spiritomb wisps are on the map so I don’t have to consult guides to find that last goddamn Spiritomb wisp in each area.

@@tragic_light i think that’s the way it should be done from here on out, I’d love revisits on previous regions but that’s more so based on untold tales instead of the traditional gym badge/elite four route Such as The War from Kalos Or even a tale from Johto before the Tower Burned in Ecruteak City There’s just so much potential

@@megascizor8275 my main reason is because I truly don’t think you can properly remake BW and BW2 in 3D. A lot of the game’s charm comes from its art direction, battle animations, and dynamic world. I feel like a better product would be made if they expanded on the region of unova. However, even though I know it’ll never happen, if they were to remake BW/BW2 I would love for it to be in an HD-2D style. Also, I just want to see that original dragon ngl

That's one of the Disadvantages of Hisui (aka Sinnoh), There's not that much placing for Water Types since the region is literally bordered by mountains with almost no access to sea Really wish a Pokemon Legends set in Hoenh so it would be a Water type's galore

@@alpha34098 I'm a water type guy. And boy, was I disappointed when I found out that Cobalt Coaslands' sea area was practically void of unique water types. Same goes for the other regions. Nonetheless, it's the best Pokémon game we have, and there's definitely more to come. Though it might take a while.

If another Legends game should drop it should introduce new rideable Pokémon, one of which enables diving underwater with areas under the sea in every section. Like you could have a big Reef with unique fish Pokémon in it or a giant sunken ship/fleet or an ancient flooded city that is now home of water Pokémon. If it takes place in Hoenn you could have an extended Sealed Chamber and have the Regi-trio be connected to it. OR if it takes place in Unova you could have the Abyssal Ruins and tell the story of the king that is mentioned in the inscriptions in Black/White (2) (not to mention the Ruins wield Arceus' plates for some reason)

They usually have a direct on Pokemon day, if there is any maybe we'd hear then? There was something about in-game purachse on the eshop page so a DLC expansion makes sense. Pokemon day is the 27th of February btw.

Zygarde was done dirty. It deserved its own Pokémon Z game, instead it randomly got a new form in Gen7 with no real elaboration or further development. It just exists as the forgotten 3rd member of the gen 6 box legend trio

Legends Floette

Gen 6 is what brought me back to play Pokémon after Red and Yellow, so I have that kind of attachment as well.

*gasp* Take that back, Typhlosion was always interesting. Incineroar is just another casualty of Pokemon trying to not make yet another fire/fighting starter, and failed for the 4th time, even if they branded it as fire/dark it's clearly a spitting image of a fighter lol.

@@GhostXThief Lol each to their own, I just like the starters that have noticable (and good) change. Incineroar to me is unique cause it's a fire tiger heel fighter, that's just straight up cool. He's even better in smash bros. Typhlosion is a bit dull to me because he just gets bigger and that's about it. Not sure what all the hype is about tbh.

I think it’s pretty safe to say Irida is an ancestor to May. The red bandana piece, the hair, the eyes, the red in her outfit all bring homages to May’s original design. As for DLC, I’d be curious to see if the Shinjoh Ruins are involved at all, considering they’re devoted to Arceus in a mesh of Sinnoh and Johto culture.
