This video shows the final battle vs the legendary Pokemon Arceus and how to catch it in Pokémon Legends Arceus for Nintendo Switch. ►No Commentary Gameplay by ProsafiaGaming (2022)◄
I like how nobody cares about trying to find a way for you to get back to your present, they put you to work the moment you landed and it was all business ever since😂
You have like, ten gods with you by the end of the game, including the god of time, the god of space, the fallen god who opened up the rift you fell out of and the all-powerful creator god who pulled you into Hisui in the first place. All I'm saying is, the protag isn't actually trapped. If they want to go home, they absolutely can. My favorite interpretation is one I found over at Tumblr, which suggested that the protagonist hasn't gone home simply because they still want to explore Hisui for a bit before they return.
@@stardustangel7729 Fun fact: There are only 7 Pokemon with higher base stat totals than Arceus and they're all basically Legendary Pokemon going Super Saiyan. They are: Eternamax Eternatus, Mega Mewtwo X, Mega Mewtwo Y, Mega Rayquaza, Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, and Ultra Necrozma.
Dialga: "YOU TURNED ME INTO A GIRAFFE THAT SWALLOWED A GIANT POTATO" Arceus: *"I HAVE CREATED THEE IN MINE OWN IMAGE"* Dialga: "YOU TURNED PALKIA INTO A FUCKING MY LITTLE PONY"
3:25 - Shadow Force 4:01 - Roar of Time And while it didn't show up in this video, there's another one that's clearly Spatial Rend. I'm not surprised Arceus has all of His sons' moves. After all, they were likely _His_ moves first.
@BossTyphlosion Arceus uses it when he's glowing blue for too long. When Arceus glowing red, it will use Shadow Force and Roar of Time. Rather interesting it uses the opposite color Legendary Pokémon's Signiture Move
Arceus: "Seek out all Pokémon." Also Arceus: "You have successfully sought out all Pokémon for my amusement, and thus, I shall now MOP THE F*CKING FLOOR WITH YOU UNPROVOKED!" Rei and Akari: "Thaaaaaaat's God!" (canned laughter and applause ensues)
It's interesting that the Arceus we fight and get is just a fragment of Arceus's true power. I think the real Arceus is the one we saw at the beginning of the game, a being made of white light
@@23Raind the legend plate is the blessing of Arceus while the shard is the Arceus we fight I mean if he only talked about the legend plate we would only receive the plate. even if he refers to both as the same being, he says that it is a fragment of the same Arceus, making my statement still valid in the second case although I wouldn't blame you if you interpreted it differently from me after all all the talk has some interesting phrases like that from the ancient Hero
@@23Raind In my case, when talking about Pokemon video games, I almost never use affirmations of the series because they are different worlds in many ways.
@@23Raind well I'm not going to deny that there is always the interpretation of certain things in video games that can make assumptions with sense or not. For example, thanks to some strange phrases from Volo (Cynthia's ancestor or maybe not) some are already beginning to theorize that he also traveled in time like the protagonist (as I said, all based on some phrases that could have several simpler meanings )
A cool detail is that when your Pokemon get hit they are pushed back and recoil, Arceus just looks like a fly is buzzing around his face irritating him. Or he doesn't budge
You ever noticed that Arceus is smaller than Dialga (Origin and non origin), Palkia (origin and non origin) and Giratina (origin and non origin), and never touches the floor, even by a little?
Gotta say that when I see Arceus about to face off against the protag in this Legendary Battle, I can easily make out the Pokemon God's voice being as the same one in Arceus and the Jewel of Life!
@@Sheenifier Dude, no. That horrible Saturday morning cartoon voice doesn't fit anything... maybe a decepticon in the old 80's transformers, but for something as commanding as Arceus, you need a voice that actually imposes instead a making you laugh.
I recently got a hold of an Arceus of my own and returned to Mt. Coronet for a rematch. When I got him in a state where you can use Pokemon against him, it was level 100 while my own Arceus was level 80 at the time. lmao
@@tarantulamadness6191 bland ass? That's the alchemic seal from the sinjoh Ruins on the floor, and with the open air overhead because you're above the summit of the tallest mountain? What more could you expect
I only wish they added more storyline to when and after you catch arceus. Left me with questions like Did the poeple realise there was only 1 true pokemon God? I feel like the game could've had a more fulfilling ending if they answered all the little details and put the credits after you caught arceus.
Imagine laventon checks the findings and goes “I can’t believe you completed the Pokédex- wait a minute. You’re telling me Arceus is the god of Pokémon?! The creator of the universe? And you caught it?!?!?! *dies from shock* Arceus: probably shouldn’t have told him that
It only being a part of arcues is interesting since the remakes implied all legendary pokemon or at least most of them are like this for example giratina and the shadow one you fight are just a part of the real one
I just love how god of all pokemon...is scared of dialga its creation like he backed up and just said "oh no" bacause its taller and bigger than him???
@@kazumasama3802 I honestly can't tell if this is a joke I'm terrified of the concept of origin Arceus after how the other two turned out I don't hate them as much as most people do (I actually kinda like palkia) but I by no means think they look good enough to be excited by the idea of MORE of them Only really like palkia because of how it looks in motion, in still images it looks awful
Great game, but the when you make the announcement that you completed the Pokédex, the end seems kind of...bland. You get a cutscene where you announce work is finished, and then you get the shiny charm, a dialogue box saying you partied all night, and that’s it. Kind of leaves you feeling empty instead of accomplishment.
Considering how well this sold, chances are there will be dlc and a sequel, possibly you returning to the future from where you came, or the future of this universe that you helped create.
@@chloeking2590 Yeah I saw that. Pretty interesting. There's speculation that you were supposed to start off in that room before getting sucked into the rift. Hopefully it ends up being future DLC related tho
Thank you RU-vid algorithm for spoiling the games final boss for me by putting this video at the very top of the home page so when I opened the app on my phone this was the first thing I saw really appreciate it
Arceus: "I ripped you away from your home, your loved ones, everything and everyone you ever knew! I'm not going to let you go back home now but... LET'S BE FRIENDS!!!"
@@wowdogememe1541 honestly, even though our character likely has a family in his/her time, first of all; he/she has amnesia... so for all we know his/her parents could have been abusive drug addicts and we wouldn't even know it (it's not likely but you get the idea) and second of all; he/she went from having a semi-normal life (assuming that he also comes from the world of Pokemon) to being a hero who saved literally the entire universe and faced off against God himself... I'd say that his/her current life is a BIG step up!
I was wondering. I believe you don’t need to get a completed page for the Pokémon in order to catch arceus iirc. But do you need all pages complete for the shiny charm or no?
@@themtarailfannerdude because you don’t need to. It’s not a requirement. You only need to catch one of every Pokémon, not complete their entry (which means get it to research 10)
Dang. Brave, new Pokémon world, so many new things to experience, and yet…it feels like the same old quest to become Pokémon Master and collect them all.
award for complete the first pokédex of the history, the ultimate task and caught arceus, the creator of every being : potato Machi, like all the others day of your life since you are in hisui.
You make it look easy. How do you manage to keep hitting it accurately? I keep missing when I throw the balms despite pulling the left trigger. Edit: Are you using a Pro Controller?
i think the only thing this game needs is the pokemons actually moving around and colliding, and you comanding them to stop, turn back, or to use any of the special moves, kind of like the first digimon world, that would make the game more dynamic and make you feel like an actual trainer instead of you runing around avoiding pokemons until you decide to send yours and then they just stare at each other menacingy until you decide your next pokemon move
@@neone5657 Well, if you had an Arceus with Judgement and Imprison, you could use Imprison prevent the opposing Arceus from utilising the Legend Plate as it only triggers via the use of Judgement... still, Legend Plate Arceus would be AG for sure!
"So... Uhh... You played my flute. I was wondering where that went." "Oh you got a phone call? No problem, I can wait..." "Wait what? Is your phone 'bout to blow up? Take it outside or something! Don't let it blow up in my house!"
Between the time rift that no longer shows up after the post game, and some old game saves required to have some pokemon. I'm so disappointed that they put restrictions on getting all the pokemon. And I was so excited to catch them all.
@@noyz971 wym?? after you beat main story distortions still happen and all pokemon are available in the game, do you mean saving so you don't kill legendaries?
Guess that ship sailed. That said...I still want them to do that Darkrai battle, though. The one we got was neat, but lacks the magic that we got in this game's Arceus battle.
Gloria: I helped save the world by assisting the main Legendaries of my region in a Max Raid Battle against Eternatus, what did YOU do? Rei: I fought God _mano a mano._ Gloria: ...yeah, so? Rei: *...AND WON.* Gloria: ...
Doubt I'll get an answer but how do you do those side dodges? Whenever I try I suddenly face the side I was dodging to instead of him. So I have to reorient myself, and I either miss hitting him with balms or get hit by a meteor/pulse.
Would be nice for the post game content that we return to the present with Arceus as our pokemon and we just clear through whatever gyms that are in our city
I wonder who the strongest pokemon trainer canonically is now Ima just say this the only trainer to fight Arceus and win so.... he the strongest "The Very Best"
