2:47 That pichu is probably the event one with a spiky ear, you have to bring a specific pichu(pikachu? dont remember the specifics) to the little shrine where the spiky ear pichu will appear from. If I remeber correctly and aren't cofusing with another one.

Cramorant is based on a cormorant! They are long-necked water birds that are known for being good fishers, but not the most intelligent. My guess is Cramorant gets its bright green eyes from the double-crested cormorant specifically

Here's an idea for "then we battle": You gotta tell (main series) game titles where the pokemon can be obtained (avoid saying same generation games: i.e. If pokemon is in Sappphire, Ruby and Emerald and the remakes of these titles but also in other titles, for example in HeartGold and Brilliant Diamond then say something like Emerald, HeartGold and Brilliant Diamond instead of Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald). I took Swampert as example, though i could add it is also obtainable in Sword version DLC. You can decided yourself wether you want to say all of the possible games or just, say 2 or 3 of them. Obviously some pokemon are only in 1 game title (well technically 2: Scarlet and Violet but you can just say one of these just take note on version exlusives). You can take the info from bulbapedia under game locations tab that is displayed on every pokemon page.
My pre-evo would be at routes with lots of flowers, trees that bear fruits etc. My evolved form would be found near routes with buildings, preferably abandoned ones and my other evolved form would be found near routes with water, beaches possibly even caverns with pools of water etc.
If i was a pokemon, id probably be like a victory road encounter... y'know decent and fully evolved, but no ones ever gonna catch me cause their teams already built and ready for the E4 at that point 😂

I think the randomization on this was messed up since Tobin had the same Pokemon to pick from as in the “We Choose Pokemon Starters By Their Random Ability, Then We Battle!” video from 4 videos before this one.

Whenever they use regions from Scarlett and Violet, I have no clue where they even are. That game was so trash that I played through it once and havent touched it since.
I just wish y'all would use the German pronunciation for the Hydreigon line. It's the only interesting thing about their names - "Ein", "Zwei", "Drei" all have the vowel sound of "Einstein".
Just had a great idea, you'll need a third person though. So the concept is the third person will deal out 3 randomized starters it's up to you and the guest to guess one of the pokemon out of random info the decide to give you for each one and if you get it right you keep or give it to the other person, get it wrong and the other person takes a stab they get it right they follow the rules above if you both get it wrong then the dealer choose what to gice each of you for a little spice they may be nice or cruel to both of you lol.

Can't you have at least one random set to show as example which won't be actually either one of yours options?
