I remember cheesed Dialga My team was Mudkip(with Ground move but i forgot its name), and Riolu(With focus blast..... yes i manage to buy it somehow) 1st move Mudkip throw Sleep seed, 2nd move activate Riolu abbility(Maybe i was overprepared now i think about it), and SPAMM FOCUS BLAST TILL ITS DEAD AND THE GROUND MOVE UNTIL ITS DEAD(Of course Dialga manage to use Roar of time once but i bring way more revive seed than Oran berry because i suck)

ground and fighting were really the only super effective moves on it at the time. which means most heroes and partners wouldnt have stab supreffective moves on it. which made it really hard for most people. ( I had Treecko and Pikachu). which is why Dialga makes such a good final boss for this game.

Justin Arney Yeah Dialga is a perfect spinoff final boss Even though its weird how Mudkip and Riolu matched the story soo perfectly Mudkip have the cool with everything face(which is perfect for a silent protagonist), while Riolu looked just like every anime protagonist best friend XD

A fight that continues to live on in my memories dozens of reviver seeds stocked up just to survive his almighty roar of time blasts, and the complete and utter satisfaction and joy of victory. Without a doubt, he was a true boss fight worthy of such a inspiring and final boss theme song God Bless Mystery Dungeon Explorers of.. God Bless!

N a m t a b I used seeds to confuse him (maybe even to sleep him). Not that hard if you also use bomb seeds until you have none (good luck then!). My young self couldn't beat Darkrai, though. I haven't played in some time and I don't want to farm Revive Seeds only to Cresselia use most of them.

Oh god, I forgot about the darkrai fight for a moment. Now that was a cluster of wasted seed lives. Burn damage, poison damage, sleep and nightmare damage, it was definitely the work of the most heinous and dirty villain of the series

She's also basically an escort type character, and almost all AI characters that follow you around tend to wipe if you leave them unprotected

Reading so many people saying they are traumatized with Dialga's fight because they had to use so many revival seeds. I just went with riolu, used a wrath seed to boost my attack and then focus punch with that skill that lets you use 2 turn moves in 1 turn. It was ohko. Btw awesome cover, it send shivers down my spine

Everyome is talking about the cutscene there after but WHAT ABOUT THE CUTSCENE BEFORE THE BATTLE?? Grovyle's goodbye had me in tears too... The cutscene after the fight just finished me off... but yet, I kept playing the game 9 more times. It's just a beautiful creation.

Oh nostalgia...all those hours used to farm reviving seeds, sleeping seeds, bomb seeds and all kind of healing items just so could survive the dungeon and maybe survive the boss fight... all those hours actually trying to survive the dungeon before this fight just to get destroyed by Dialga again... but you didnt give up because it was worth it with this epic music playing in the fight... and then when you finally did it you started crying because of the cutscene... Those were the times when Pokemon games were emotional rollercoasters, the times were you actually had a challanging game instead of games where you may fail once or twice but normally get through on the first try. Well i should have found this cover from you way earlier and i am glad i found it because it is epic and full of memories :) Great job!

I honestly didn't find the original version of this song to be That special when I first heard it. But then I actually played one of the games (Super worth!) and Oh Boy did the song get so much more meaningful and intense when I heard it in-game. Now it (and most version of this songs main melody) is one of my favorite songs in all of pokémon. Really amazing hear your cover of this great musical masterpiece.

That's something interesting about music. It's very rare for a song on its own to have deep meaning. However, when paired with the context of an emotional moment, the song can bring back memories of that moment in ways nothing else can, turning a song you otherwise wouldn't think is very great into an utter favorite. That's the power of music.

This game was essentially a major part of my childhood. Always loved it always will. I will replay this a million more times and each time it always feels different in an exciting way. Swear when I get charmander for my character I keep smokescreen specifically for this fight. Otherwise I just pray no one shot from Roar of Time

Ah, the memories... I've been lucky enough to have played through each of the PMD generations, from my days of playing Red Rescue Team on a Gameboy Advanced SP to Super MD for the 3DS. And yet through all of these, Explorers of Sky will always hold that special place in my heart as my second favorite storyline in this particular subfranchise. To hear such a pure, perfect peice of bossfight music made even better... Ahhhhh, this is a good day.

Explorers of Time will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart. It was my very first dungeon-crawler RPG, and I poured so much of my time into it. The final battle was easily one of the most climatic battles I've ever experienced, and your remixes draw out that feeling perfectly. Thank you so much for this wonderful, nostalgic remix!

All the childhood memories from when i played this game hit me straight in the face right now to the point where i shed a tear, i honestly prefer the Mystery Dungeon series over the normal Pokemon one, it's my favourite game series (i love both still) and one reason for me is the OST, this being one of my favourite themes of the entire series. Ce jeu m'a marqué, autant par son histoire que par ses musiques. Le moment avec dialga primal était intense et lourd de sens, et sa musique dégageait cette même sensation. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que tu arrive à rendre la musique comme ça sans en ôter le sens, bien joué !

HOLY SHIT ONE OF MY FAV TRACK EVER!!! The first note alone is enough to bring me back intense memories of my childhood. I know there's a lot of great other games, but PMD will always hold a special place in my heart. And words cannot describe how much I love this song, and how amazing this cover is. In my opinion: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon (Explorers of Sky) is the best Videogame I ever could have wished to pick up as a Kid. It was the first Videogame, wich managed to make me cry.
