The Battle Tower is headed by the Frontier Brain, Tower Tycoon Palmer. For the Gold Print, he uses Heatran, Regigigas and Cresselia.

+[BFEE] MerKurZ it doesn't Learn any unless you get it to learn fissure in red/blue virtual console, which is before abilities existed. Additionally, if you transfer a Pokemon from the virtual console, it always has its hidden ability, so it's impossible to get a machamp with a 1 hit ko move

The ability doesn't work with 1hit ko moves. "1hit ko's are unnafected", i've just readed in datadex.

Machamp doesn't need to be a Fast Sweeper, It is Best at Being a Bulky Sweeper so it can be outspeed by Cresselia and get the Double power on Payback.

This was one of the few battles I had where I used legendaries: Suicune (transferred from Fire Red), Regirock, and Latias (transferred from Emerald)

Not all legendaries are banned. Usually the best ones and then the mythical Pokémon. Usually the Legendary Birds, Dogs, Golems, Eons, Lake Guardians, and a few others are permitted.

poliwrath isn't that good and the salad berry is kinda wasted if you don't invest in speed. also don't use wake up slap, it's a really bad move.

I just beat it with this team: Starmie: max SpAtk/Speed EVs, bit of SpDef (Wise Glasses) Tbolt, Surf, Psychic, Ice Bream Tyranitar: max Atk/Speed EVs, bit of Def (Expert Belt) Ice Punch, Rock Slide, Crunch, Earthquake Blaziken: max Atk/Speed EVs, bit of Def (White Herb) Brave Bird, ThunderPunch, Superpower, Flare Blitz I lead with Starmie for round 1-6, and Tyranitar for round 7.

No, the legendaries used by frontier brains are not banned and you can also use them.

That is Mew, Mewtwo, Ho-oh, Lugia, maybe Celebi, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Jirachi, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Shaymin, Darkrai, Arceus, Zekrom, Reshiram, Kyurem, Meloetta, Genesect, Keldeo, Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde, Diancie, Volcanion, Hoopa, Solgaleo, Lunala, Necrozma, Marshadow, Magearna and presumably Zeroara

He probably cloned rare candies in Emerald to get all his pokemon to level 100 for the battle frontier. And since there's no glitch in Platinum, he's using lvl 50s for its battle frontier.
