A losers bracket is just a section of the tournament you go in when you lose, you play other people who lost to potentially advance or compete for runner up places
The Player‘a Cup 2 was an online tournament that you could join online in the Sword and Shield games. These players made the top spots for their regions and then there was a tournament for the regional winners to narrow it down to I believe the top 4 for every region. Once they did that, the top 4 players from every region had this tournament.

@@stephenheart1916 without legendaries, there is no uniqueness, though overpowered ones are banned. But that what makes it difficult. Because the old meta when there were very few legendaries in sword and shield, it was little to boring with few limited pokemon, cuz normal pokemon that are strong enough to dish out damage or tanky are limited
@@stephenheart1916 There are so many viable legendaries that I don't think it makes it stale or boring. The fact that you're restricted to 2 picks makes it relatively balanced. We don't have Xern to worry about either so thats a big plus.
