I actually got the wholesome dialogue between Kabu, Nessa and Milo myself, I wanna say maybe Round 1. So, basically, here's how this wholesome exchange between the three elemental Gym Leaders takes place: Milo: Not too long ago, we were seeing you off at the station, and now you're the Champion, eh? Kabu: Yeah, I remember sending you off with a good round of cheering at Motostoke! Nessa: Time flows like a swift river, doesn't it? I'd rather not think too much about it.
Maybe it’s the other way around? Perhaps Kabu is Flannery’s son or grandson, it would make since because false has modern technology like smartphones wile Hoenn (at least not before OR/AS) doesn’t have that kind of technology
@@reddog1281 That would explain why there is no PWT, because traditions have changed so much, but it's startling to think so much time passes between generations. I know RBY and RSE are set the same year, and B2W2 takes place ten years later, so that could happen. SwSh can take place 20 years after RSE, 30 or even freaking 60 years. in which case your theory makes sense. Kabu also mentioned his late mother. Maybe the Torkoal he uses is the very same Torkoal which gave us all trouble in RSE, and Kabu inherited it.
I also think that those two on 1:25 are weak to Torkoal because of his “Drought” ability, (Drought weakens Water type moves, and All grass types are weak to fire)
