If you can play at the level of a TaS, I believe you could easily get 26 in under an hour of grinding. I'm wondering if 30 or more is possible with the right RNG seed. Might be possible to get something like 7 golden digletts with convenient spawn locations. I'm still grinding for the 25 from time to time :)
