The Hisuian Typhlosion raid battle has arrived! For this battle, I used a Vaporeon with 252 EVs in HP and Special Attack, Modest Nature, holding a Shell Bell. His moveset is Calm Mind, Rain Dance, Tera Blast, and Mud-Slap. You can use Surf or Weather Ball in place of Tera Blast for more damage, and Vaporeon has his Hidden Ability, Hydration
The strategy is to start off with a few Calm Minds so you can start tanking Typhlosion's attacks. As soon as it uses Sunny Day, use Rain Dance so your burn will disappear, then you can start using Mud-Slap three times after Typhlosion nullifies its own stats. From here, its shield will likely go up and you will want to start attacking. At 50% time remaining, it'll nullify your team's stats, so you'll want to start setting up three Calm Minds before attacking again, and make sure to use Rain Dance after its second Sunny Day. With that, you should be able to take it out with time to spare.
Just note that if you are using Weather Ball, it'll only have 100 base attack while it is raining. If it isn't, it'll go back to 50 base attack and become a normal type attack.
