Its the only good set from Scarlett and Violet so far. Don't get me wrong, a few sets had some decent illustration cards but no sets have really been standout

Few things to note: Japanese art rares are cheaper because they are much easier to pull (3 guaranteed per box), regular Japanese reverses also seem to have decent value and reverse master ball can be very big value (Pikachu master ball is most valuable card in set, and few other fan favorites are also quite high on the list). Overall, Japanese box is easier to get back value spent due to guaranteed hits, but english one is more unpredictable with chance to completely strike out, but also hit massive value with multiple alt arts. Additionally, Korean box is super cheap, and basically same as Japanese, but different squiggly lines on cards. Korean box is value king.

When i got back into tcg, i bought only eng singles. The last set i bought was 151 eng. Then i bought 151 jp and i love it! I rather collect jp because the quality is much better. You can literally feel the difference in the card and the holos have a better texture. Plus, Japanese makes their products with pride, it's no wonder that it's a superior set imo. Better quality and cheaper prices compared to eng. Our market is just about making profit that it's hard to buy sets or singles. So for me, 151 Japanese!
