+Paige Patronus Pokémon will never be the same R.I.P. Good Pokémon Games1995-2012(Don't get me wrong the series is still good, but is getting worse over time, like that food on the counter...)
+gameboys is beast Ehh. Not really. I'd say the content in gen 6 was kinda underwhelming (especially compared to the likes of gen 5), but the actual gameplay and ease of access to competitive battling is very appreciated. I love gen 5 and 6, and would even call them my favorite generations of all time. The anime has been getting better too actually. Kanto was extremely cheesy (for better or for worse), Johto was pretty good, Hoenn and Sinnoh always felt really lacking to me, but the latter part of Unova was great and XY has been doing a great job as well as far as the Pokemon anime goes. I'd say the series is better than ever imo.
That shows how masterful it is imo Same with the neo plasma theme It's really great to jam out to but still intense enough to feel that level of seriousness and urgency from the battle
Fun Fact: If you use an Action Replay to encounter a Victini in tall grass, this music will still play. Seems the music changes based upon the legit wild Pokemon and not the scenario or event changing it.
In Alpha Sapphire I found one of the black holes (not knowing which one it was) and the battle started. I heard this music and freaked out because of nostalgia :O
@@Hero69512 DS games were the creme of the crop its just expected by now that every DS game be it made by a branch company of Nintendo is absolutely stunning
Most fitting Legendary theme in terms of your reactions to the battles, imo 1:00 >throws Dusk Ball >starts shaking >One... >TWO... >THREE!! >Pokemon breaks out at 1:07 >FUUUU- Love how the composers planned it that way.
The combination of the piano and then the upbeat and exciting sound effects and instruments, the way that it becomes calm then turns to excitement then breaks apart only to come back again even more exciting.. This song is possibly one of the best songs ever made in Pokemon
0:20 - 0:24 Really digging that sneaky rising and falling there. 1:34 These notes definitely sound unsettling, and even the sound from just before that.
This is by far and wide my most favorite legendary pokemon battle music. Oh how it perfectly captures both the excitement and sheer danger or terror for even encountering such a powerful and legendary being.
I love this theme and I love capturing legendaries as much as the next guy but in game I usually catch a legendary and then stick it PC storage forever. I just feel silly sending out my Zekrom/Reshiram to deal with some pre-schooler's Joltik. Plus, as cool as it is to be all "Yeah, these legendary beings are under my command!" my regular team has been with me from the start and mean a lot more to me.
EASILY one of my favorite tracks from Pokémon of all time, only being beaten by Unova Route 10 and Black/White End Credits. What? I really like Gen 5. XD
Certified Unova classic right here. I just wanna meet the composer and say two things: “What the heck were you thinking?!” and “THANK YOU for what you were thinking.” This is why I love Pokémon music. Unconventionally arranged conventional styles. And the half-to-doubled up tempo is amazing as well.
Dammit Terrakion, just stay in the ball! And screw you Virizion, all that Giga Drain shit. For how much their battles piss me off, I tell you, I love their theme, one of my favorites in the series, and Cobalion is my favorite legendary from Gen 5.
This legendary encounter theme is my personal favorite :D I can still remember the first time I heard it; I just gasp and just "OMG.. what is this?. what is happening?" :D
One day my sister was stuck on road 13 in pokemon X (it was her first pokemon game and she was rather young) I go to help her and i fall on a shiny gabite. Could you imagine my reaction when i noticed she didnt have a single pokeball in her bag ? :D (Since then i always unironically have 300/500 ultra-balls on me)
